[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can honestly say I am beyond pleased with our new stove. I had some concerns at first with its design since it has the knobs on the front of the stove. I have a young child in the home and was afraid he would mess with it or turn it on but the pinch and twist knobs have done wonders and are so far, my favorite safety feature of the stove. Its very user friendly and has a multitude of settings for me to choose from when I'm cooking. I like the overall aesthetic of the stove and it fits into our kitchen design pretty well too, which is a bonus! Its design is simple and a bit modern. It doesn't have the raised back piece most stoves have and instead the oven ventilation is to the back on top. It doesn't get hot spots on the corners while I cook and I really like have it being designed this way makes it flush with my counter top. It makes my life easier when cleaning. It isn't induction, it's electric, but it has the hot surface sensor clearly displayed which helps my children know not to be near the stove while I'm cooking if the cook top is still hot. The very first time we cooked with it my children wanted to try it out. They accidentally made a mess while cooking and it was very easy to clean. Safety and convenience are a big deal for me in my busy life. I was able to set the stove up on the Smart Things app. I can't star or preheat the stove unless I'm home obviously (that wouldnt be safe) but being able to set up the cook time, type, and temp from wherever I am be it out running errands or at work and calling home to have my teenage son simply press the button to start it so it's preheated before I get home has been wonderful! The express burner for boiling works wonders. I had a lot of water boiling within 6 minutes and it would have taken double or triple the time on my old stove! It has been a great addition for our household and we have been beyond pleased with its performance! I have a hard time making puchases. I over think all the details and worry I will suffer from buyers remorse but with this stove I can say I haven't regretted it one bit. I look forward to cooking many meals with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Air Fry and Convection is one sharp looking range. I do not have the oven with the griddle. This oven is beautiful. I waited over a week to write my review because I wanted to see how well it performed. First of all, I've never seen technology like this on a stove. I've never had a fancy stove. When you set the timer on the stove, it lets you know when your food is ready by playing a musical tune when it goes off. That is so neat. That part really impressed my family. And I able to use an app with this stove thru wifi. I've only used the wifi once because it's not capable with my 5g. And when you turn the knob, the eye turns red instantly. A couple of things I didn't like was it seemed to take a while for the food to start cooking on the air fry feature. I have tried chicken and fries in the oven together. Also, I have to keep the eye up almost high for my food to cook like I want it. We are still getting used to the stove. I use the air-fry alot. All in all, I love it. My 3 favorite features are the air-fry, the way it heats fast and the fast boil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could have done 0 stars, I would have. Right after the warranty period ended, the oven would not keep up to temp. I replaced a part myself whcih did not solve anything, so I had a repairman come, he replaced something. Worked again for about a month, then stopped keeping up again. Had same repairman come again, he replaced another part. Now all heating elements replaced and still it would not work properly. Finally just replaced it. Repairman told.me Samsung was the worst for appliances! I believe him. He said my fridge would go out next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love this range. The sleek look fits with the rest of my kitchen and makes it look outstanding. The air fryer feature is something we use almost daily to cook wings, cinnamon rolls, steak, you name it. I also love not using up my counter space and having to take an air fryer in and out of the cabinet all the time. The short preheat time saves us lots of cooking time as well, so we can get to enjoying our dinner more quickly. The electric griddle feature has been great for quickly cooking up eggs and bacon for breakfast every morning. The range is very spacious. We can cook multiple dishes at once, which is important since we having friends over. The self clean option is a great feature, especially after a lot of cooking for a party. Just set the self clean option and let the range do its thing. I'm also a techy guy, so being able to get notifications on my phone is a huge asset. I easily connected to the smart things app and can get notified when the oven is ready or finished.

I've had this range under a year and the oven temperature arbitrarily drops while cooking. It takes almost half and hour to heat to 350 degrees and then does not maintain temperature. I am constantly rechecking the temperature now, but while food is cooking I have to manually restart the heating process. Food is either burnt or undercooked. We had a service tech come and after after working on the oven, told us it should be in good working order. After he left, I'm back to square one with the same issues. I see others have the same issue with the Samsung, I will probably not purchase another Samsung Range after this experience. Warranty expired March 31, 2023, so now we are stuck with this. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stove! I have used it to cook chicken, meat and it cooks it quickly and perfect. It is also very easy to clean.  It has great frying option for the oven and heats the food great. Nice to have access to be able to make sure it is off by phone if in case which I have not but is nice to have. It is bigger and I have come to love using the Air Fry which haven't had or used before as we have used the fryer to cook potatoes as well as fries when we are doing burgers outside. The griddle is nice and haven't had anything stick on it yet especially with tortillas and they seem to cook quite well. We usually make it to were they become quite crispy and we have no issues with it sticking and with it going over what we want. What I have come to like as well on the oven is the keep warm feature as we have used that to help keep food from the grill to stay warm while we finish. This is something we haven't had and didn't think we would really benefit on using before. We have used oven quite well mostly for keeping food warm, preparing Lasagna to the way we like and mostly the Air Fry that we also come to use more. The stove have gotten a bit more use as it has really helped on cooking the meats and chicken as well as soups that used to take too long on previous unit. I would definitely recommend it!

We were hesitant to get another smooth top but it just takes a little maintenance each day to keep it looking new. We love our new stove and customer service is awesome

I have impressed everyone from the delivery/installer to family and friends. The sleek stainless steel black and clean lines makes the range look expensive and luxurious. I am in love with the different size burners. I have more control of not burning my food because I can deep fry, sauté, simmer and grill all at once and nothing burns. My kids love pancakes so the griddle in the middle is a must have for a quick and easy breakfast. I really appreciate finger print resistant and the stove is easy to clean with the three grates that are easy to remove. The stainless steel knobs are easy to turn yet strong and durable. The oven is a baker's dream. The preset buttons save times and make baking, proofing, dehydrating, keeping way a breeze. The inside is huge and accommodate holiday cooking. The convection oven lets me cook dinner in a jiffy without breaking a sweat. I can't wait to use the self cleaning option, I hate the chore of cleaning an oven. The extra storage drawer at the bottom makes it easy for me to store my griddle and cast iron pans. The air fryer helps be cook a healthier meal for my family. I wish it came with the air fryer basket but it is not a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received so much feedback about my new stove and I can't help but brag myself. smart appliances bring so much more to the table with multiple settings making dinner with a larger variety of course. I took on the challenge to cook a full brisket for 6hours which I would never do with my regular stove. Clicked on roast setting at 260 degrees and wow. The taste was incredible the house smelled good. Afterwards we did a auto self cleaning to get rid of the pain of using chemicals on the stove. Smart app applications connects with my phone to let me know updates. This is overall great to have and look forward to future baking/cooking.

I am enjoying the wifi connection that not only shows up on Mt phone, but on my TV. NEAT! I'll be trying out the air fryer mode and convection shortly. So far, so good!
