The Smartings app makes is very easy to walk away from the stove and complete other tasks without worrying about forgetting you have food in the oven. Push and twist knobs are great so that you dont turn on the burner by accident. I have yet to try out the air fry but can't wait to test it out

We absolutely like all aspects of the new range. Oven is much larger than our previous range. Bake, roast, convection are great options. We only have one complaint! The stove top griddle is uneven on surface and it moves around when using it. Using a hot pad, you must hold on to it when turning or removing food 😞

Bought this oven a couple of months ago. The problem we're having is the oven isn't reaching the temperatures we programmed. For example when we set it at 485 Fahrenheit, when we test it with an oven thermometer, it has reached only 450 degrees or even less. We have adjusted the temperature (using the temp adjust in the manual) increasing it to +32 but it doesn't seem to correct the problem. We bake bread and would like to have the the oven at 500 degrees F but when we test with the thermometer it only reads 480 degrees or less... Does anybody else have that problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great except the glass top that gets scratches easily. If food is spilled in the hot surfsce and burnt, that is kind of pain to get that off. I can circle mess around the burner which is hard to get rid off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first electric stove and I'm happy I went with this Samsung model. I was scared of maintaining the glasstop scratch free, but its easy. The top is durable and I use a daily cleaner to wipe it off each night. Using a buffer cream once every 6 weeks has also kept away any sticky burnt on foods. I cook daily and this stove has kept up. Baking and roasting is also a breeze with all of the options. For someone like me that transitioned over from a gas stove, having the bake option of choosing convection or conventional has been a life saver!

So far have used convection, air fry, and regular oven features and of course the cook top. No complaints. Of course, smooth top takes a lot of maintenance to keep clean, but I already knew that from the last smooth top stove that I had. I particularly like that the burners have knobs and not the digital kind as my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about 10 months ago. We are very happy with the range. I like the smart capabilities alot! My favorite feature is the air fryer. Cooks great, love the air fryer basket, I can fit a lot of food on it!

i haven't tried all of the features yet, but so far we are loving this range. it makes cooking so easy - faster heating time, being able to use the app...just wish the clock brightness could be dimmed a bit. in the evenings, the clock is so bright it practically makes the whole kitchen glow. still trying to figure out if there is a way to dim it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely Love my range! I bought it to replace a defective LG model that wouldnt hold proper temp. This is by far my favorite range i have ever had. No issues at all. Great features like air fry, and the option on the left side to use a griddle.
