But when I checked the instructions, it say that you can use it for 2 h. Quality of the glaze cookyop is really bad, I had older cheaper stove before, cooked a lot and didn't get scratch , this one is scratch easily and paint cones out too. Oven is good but it takes very long time to get heat up. If I new, I would choose one with 2 smaller ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all… the stove is BEAUTIFUL! have the stainless model but it still looks great with my black appliances in my kitchen. (Black wasn’t an available option in the stove I wanted). The delivery crew failed to send me a cord/plug to hookup my stove, but my previous model was an older Samsung as well so we just used the cord from it. Install was super easy. I have the electric version and it came with an air fryer basket accessory for the oven and a griddle for the stove top use. This range is being marketed as the very first griddle/electric smooth top stove combo. I wanted this specific model because I have always wanted a griddle, but I also love the ease of cleaning a smooth cook top. Most griddle tops come on gas stoves and my house isn’t set up for gas. Upo first impression, the stove is beautiful. Accessories are great. First thing I attempted was making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the griddle. It’s the first thing I wanted to test out. The griddle is designed to work utilizing the two left side burners (left front and left rear). There’s a setting on the knobs where you turn to utilize both burners with the griddle or the burners can each be utilized separately. Some things I noted: * The heat didn’t seem to distribute evenly within the griddle top. Both burners were set to the same setting using the proper two burner/griddle knob, but one burner got much hotter than the other. The was definitely not distributing evenly from one burner to the other. I expected some variance in the empty space between the two burners, but not that much of a difference in the burners themselves. * The griddle slides easily on the smooth surface and I feel that maybe a better griddle design could utilize silicone pads on the outer corners (not on the burners) to provide a little bit of grip to keep the griddle from just sliding everywhere. * The griddle space is a little small and i was making a mess with my food falling off the sides. I ended up having to transfer the food over to a skillet and use an alternate burner. * The oven works great! But maybe it’s just me, but I had no idea what the different settings are and when to use them and the user manual didn’t have any information. There are two baking options, one with a little fan image beside it. At first I thought that was air fry, but there is an option to choose air fry, so I’m not 100% certain the difference or the usage for that setting. All in all I do love the stove!

Personally, I love that I can cook multiple meals that fit on the top for a quick boil or a low simmer. I haven't had the chance to use the No-Preheat Air Fry or self clean yet, but I'm looking forward to it. LET'S COOK!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I did was connect this range to my home in the Samsung Smartthings app. The "almost ready" and "food is done" notifications automatically show up on not just our phones, but on our Samsung TV's as well! I also love that I can set up the oven's cooking instruction from my phone or check to see if any burners were left on. As for it's ability to cook, this has been a *huge* improvement from what we had prior. The extra warming burner has been wonderful for keeping gravies, fondue cheese, and other dishes warm while the rest of a meal is being cooked. We've also used the griddle for cooking omelets, French Toast, and pancakes. It took a few days to get used to the temperatures of the burner levels, but once you learn them it's smooth sailing from there. The range does a great job maintaining consistent temperatures. And the fast boil is *FAST*. I also appreciate the extra large burner for using a cast-iron wok on. As for the oven portion, this thing preheats fast. In just a few minutes, it can get to 400+F and be ready to go. At first, I was skeptical it was reaching the correct temperature because it's so quiet. But it was! However, it is the complete opposite of quiet when the timer strikes zero. The "song" it plays reminds me of 90's era midi files. Except loud enough to be heard throughout the house. If there was one improvement this range could use, it would be the ability to change the tune or lower the volume slightly (without having to turn off the sound completely).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When comparing ovens, this was the oven that had every feature I wanted - the air fryer, the extra large oven, the super hot burners, the WiFi connection, the convection oven... And it wasn't even much more expensive. Having had this oven for about 4 months and used it often, I really only have a few/minor gripes: -It's super cool to be able to turn the oven on while you're not home (e.g., those carrots will be ready to go when you get home), but you need to plan ahead and press a button on the oven to accept the WiFi-ed scheduled turn-on session. -The tray under the oven is small. We had to give away a few pans to make space. -The melody it plays when it's done preheating is long and loud. I always worry it's going to wake my kids when they are sleeping.

It has wi fi and you can check the temperature and timer from your living room and it tells you when your food is almost done and how many minutes you have left. The glass top stove is very easy to keep clean which is why I wanted it. All so a very big oven!

I have impressed everyone from the delivery/installer to family and friends. The sleek stainless steel black and clean lines makes the range look expensive and luxurious. I am in love with the different size burners. I have more control of not burning my food because I can deep fry, sauté, simmer and grill all at once and nothing burns. My kids love pancakes so the griddle in the middle is a must have for a quick and easy breakfast. I really appreciate finger print resistant and the stove is easy to clean with the three grates that are easy to remove. The stainless steel knobs are easy to turn yet strong and durable. The oven is a baker's dream. The preset buttons save times and make baking, proofing, dehydrating, keeping way a breeze. The inside is huge and accommodate holiday cooking. The convection oven lets me cook dinner in a jiffy without breaking a sweat. I can't wait to use the self cleaning option, I hate the chore of cleaning an oven. The extra storage drawer at the bottom makes it easy for me to store my griddle and cast iron pans. The air fryer helps be cook a healthier meal for my family. I wish it came with the air fryer basket but it is not a deal breaker.
