Not worth it.
Bought this back in November 2021. Right off the bat, we had issues with the numbers key pad. Once you hit bake and try to set the temperature to say, 375° it takes 5 tries to get the right temp. You have to constantly hit 3 to get it to show up then it takes multiple tries for the 7 to show up. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again.
Hi Ali H, We understand how difficult it is to set the oven's temperature when the keypad isn't responding as intended. The most common scenarios when the control panel isn't responsive is when there is foreign matter caught between the buttons and or the control panel is wet. Since this model is one continuous control panel and is a touch panel, wipe it down and let it dry before trying again. If this simple step has been done and the control panel responds the same way, an authorized service technician will need to visit to diagnose and repair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality of the stove and have enjoyed using it. the stove looks great in my kitchen. I have only had it a few weeks with no issues. The registration process was a pain as the serial number was on the bottom rail of the stove. Extremely difficult to capture the serial number. They could have made the registration for warranty easier. I had to go online and download the manual in order to figure out how to set the clock. I did not move to 4 stars as this was related to the customer experience rather than the range itself.
Horrible
absolute horrible stove. i just got it yesterday and the stove top is scratched and has marks that arent coming off! i only cooked on it once! i used the proper cleaning products. one day and one use and it’s ruined! i haven’t even paid for it yet. home depot wont take it back because they say its not a defect! it should be. shame on you samsung. i thought that your products we’re supposed to be top notch! it also takes forever to preheat.

Samsung Electric Stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the electric range about 5 months ago and i am happy with it. My only complain is cleaning spills on the glass cook top, cannot get anything off, warm soap and water on a scour does not work. It always leaves a mark. The oven is excellent. I have not tried the air fryer so i have no review. Overall i gave it a 4 star because of the things mentioned above.
Perfection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know how I got along without this range. It has everything I need. I love the air fryer and the bread proof setting. I use the keep warm setting to make sure everything comes out hot at the same time. We use the middle section to make pancakes, hamburgers and steak, as close to grilling as you can get indoors.
Awesome griddle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung range is amazing. Looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. Modern, sleek, and high quality. This range comes with a griddle, which utilizes 2 burners, or 1. So if you need to make the whole family some pancakes you have plenty of room on the griddle, or if you just want to make those midnight snack pancakes for yourself you can just use the one burner with the griddle. The no preheat air fry is one of my favorite features. Cooks French fries or chicken fingers perfectly, and quickly. I’m a Samsung fan, so I own a Samsung phone. This range has WiFi and using it in conjunction with Samsung smart things app you can start to preheat the oven from the comforts of your couch from your smart phone. If you leave the house and think to yourself “Did I turn off the oven?”, you can check from your smart phone via the smart things app. It will also give you a notification on your phone if someone opens the oven door, starts, or stops the oven. A really useful feature in my opinion. It also as steam cleaning for self cleaning, which is much faster and easier then the traditional self cleaning option. This Samsung range has been a real pleasure to cook with, food cooks easy, evenly, consistently, and makes me feel like I actually know how to cook! The hard part now is finding new recipes that I want to try next. I highly recommend this Samsung Range. It’s not overly complicated like some ranges with equal features, and just works just like it should. You can tell that Samsung was thinking of the average user when they designed this range. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore my new Smart Range. I've had it for about a month now, and while I'm still figuring things out with it, I've got the hang of the basics. I love how quickly it preheats, and I love that I can also use the app to preheat and set a timer for cooking. The little melody it plays when it's ready to use (preheated) and when it finishes cooking is delightful, although a little loud. The convection option bakes cake much faster than I expected. I made Yum Yum Cake, and I used a box yellow cake mix. It said 34-38 minutes in the oven. My cake was ready after about 28 minutes. Works for me. I haven't tried the other features yet (air fry, breadproof, dehydrate), but I'm sure they're awesome too. Another thing I like about the app is that it provides recipes and meal options for you to try out. I'm always looking for new recipes and fun, new dishes to try, so that's a plus for me. And the self-clean option is wonderful. This is the first time I've had an oven that actually had a legitimate self clean option, and the only reason I had to use mine already was because my son stuck something in the oven that started to melt as I preheated (I now check every time), so after cleaning as much of it as I could, I set self-clean to go to town, and it worked wonderfully. Very happy about that. And lastly, the griddle in the middle of the stovetop is awesome. I've used it to make grilled cheese, burgers, and even pancakes. Perfect every time. Also, the different size burners are cool. One boils water much faster, one is good for simmering, and the other two are pretty much normal burners. Overall, I absolutely love this stove, and I would highly recommend it.
Beautiful stove/oven but...
there isn't much i don't like about my new "toy", as my husband calls it..lol, but... and to me it is a huge but... i would have thought that the oven would be calibrated at the factory. that would make sense to me... but!!!! my oven is 35 degrees off..i mean..really??!!! and there is no light switch for the oven. there are things that you bake that temperature is critical and every time you open the oven door you loose heat. with such a great (over all) product it seems someone would have caught that in the design process. it might be just me but i think those 2 things should be adjusted - changed or corrected.. however you want to state it. would i buy another one?? i would buy one again but make sure it has an oven light switch...

Best I have ever had!!

I have tried multiple settings such as the air frying setting and everything tastes amazing. I am very happy with how easy and convenient this stove is. Great Range, Even Better Features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about 2 years now. We have had absolutely no issues with the range. It’s very easy to clean and disassemble for a deep clean. The smart features are incredible and the ability to preheat your oven at the touch of a button on your phone is so convenient. I will say if you are running your oven and multiple eyes at the same time it can take a little bit longer for pre-heat/reach boiling but it’s nothing that is honestly noticeable. We are slowly converting our house to all Samsung appliances because of how reliable they are!
