[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because the one I had exactly like it had the top crack at Christmas. I was not aware one should not use a canning pressure cooker on this oven. The top isn't as clean as the original purchase and it doesn't heat up on the burners or oven as quickly as other stoves But it has a few settings I did like so purchased this over again to replace m other oven.

Good looking: check. Good feature value: check. Air Fry, Smarthings App and Steam Clean (for light touch up's) are great features, but 2yrs in, this model still occasionally infuriates me. Maybe it's me due to the 1st electric oven in 20yrs, but my issue is the burners themselves. They cycle either on full blast or off, and consequently a) don't heat up quickly without risk of burning whatever you're cooking, and b) don't lend themselves to simmering well, have burned many casserole dishes despite being on anything but the absolutely lowest settings. Takes a long time to "cool" down too, I often use an Induction Hotplate as an alternative. Tough getting used to the Glass Top too, everything, even vapour, stains it.

I think the Connected Home functions and app a little bit more than a gimmick, not really very useful for me, but I won't lower the rating because my expectations were probably too high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been in love with our Samsung kitchen appliances and we were waiting for this crown jewel. The SmartThings integration is always welcome. Being able to see the status on our Samsung QLED TV is a welcome convenience! We also love being able to use Alexa or the SmartThings app to preheat the oven on our way home from the grocery store. We were blown away at the speed of Quick Boil. We boiled a pot of ramen in less than two minutes. The no preheat air fry makes heating up a quick meal a breeze. The large oven allows us to quickly prepare large meals and multiple dishes with ease. We made healthy and chicken wings in the air fryer and they were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Our large dutch oven fits easily in the oven allowing us to make bread and other dishes. The black stainless is a modem choice that fits into most kitchen decor. While it attracts fingerprints and smudges, it is easy to clean and maintain. This was an amazing choice for our home, and we will continue to purchase these high-quality Samsung appliances.

Control feature is awesome if you need to move away from the kitchen during a cook cycle being able to monitor from the phone app and even cancel and turn off.

Love the different options to self clean! The ceramic top is first class; it has different size burners within a burner; and a warmer!! All kinds of cool timers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous range was just fine, but my husband convinced me to get this new one as we were updating some other items in our kitchen. I was very impressed when it was installed. Very elegant looking but also very functional. I love the cooktop lines that help me decide which burner to use with different sized pans. The cooktop is also very easily cleaned if something spills. I love having an option of "normal" baking or convention baking and that the oven adjusts the cooking time if I chose convection so I don't end up over cooking something. The best part however is the air fryer. We have a normal sized air fryer and use it several times a week. With the air fryer in this range however, I can cook like 4 times the amount of food at the same time and it doesn't produce any smells in the house. Overall, I am very impressed and love my new range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung Range and it is designed to match the rest of your appliances if you have the same color, which I do. Setting up was a breeze. Once plugged in, it automatically looks for a wireless network to connect to. The SmartThings App on my phone recognized the range and added it to my kitchen. I love the two burners on the side that you can pair with the griddle. I must admit that is my favorite, being Mexican, I make flour tortillas like crazy and it heats them up perfectly! The oversized tri-burner on the right front is perfect for big pans and pots. All the burners heat up very fast. The knobs are metal which is amazing. The convection oven is very big. It has so many settings, broil, convection, air fry, the options seem endless. The best part is that the oven heats up quickly. Now, it has an air fry feature which I was eager to try out. I have to say I failed miserably. I put 10 lightly oiled and seasoned wings on the rack (level 3) as directed in the manual, with a drip tray underneath. Set it to airfry, 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes the smoke was billowing out the vent located by the left back burner. I turned on the overhead vent but it did not help, there was smoke everywhere in the house to the point where the smoke detector went off. I will admit that the wings came out tasting very good. There was mess in the bottom but the oven cleaner took care of that. I tried 8 thighs a couple of days later with only seasoning, no oil, same settings as before. I turned on the overhead vent this time from the start. There was smoke, however the vent handled it as it was not as heavy as the previous time. The thighs came out perfect, tasting like they had been grilled. I was impressed. Still I think the air fry needs some improvement. All in all I love my new range.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful appliance!! I love the stainless steel and black combination. The Air fry feature is awesome! I’ve been using it almost daily and does an amazing job on my peppers and chicken dish. The griddle on top is a really fun new feature. I love being able to cook my eggs and pancakes on it. What a clever idea. It also has a rapid boil feature which is nice, along with a keep warm burner. I love the Wi-Fi capabilities.. I can connect right to my phone and preheat the oven from my couch! Simple preset buttons make it simple to cook! My favorite feature is the air fry! I love making crispy wings.
