[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing an 18 year old range, and all I can say is " what an upgrade" . I did not realize there was such a thing as a smart range. I have to thank my wife for picking this one out. A great choice from a great company.

Bought this back in November 2021. Right off the bat, we had issues with the numbers key pad. Once you hit bake and try to set the temperature to say, 375° it takes 5 tries to get the right temp. You have to constantly hit 3 to get it to show up then it takes multiple tries for the 7 to show up. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again.

The one for this stove is 188 pages on line which I am not planning to print. It is a pain to have to look it up when I need information. Just call me old fashioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my new stove for a couple weeks now and I’m in love. I’ve cooked ribs in the oven and air fryer, used the big burner to pan sear Chilean sea bass, a couple ribeye steaks, and grilled cheeses. Everything has turned out so amazing. The ribs dripped in the bottom of the stove and using the steam clean and a sponge and my stove looks brand new again. It is everything I was hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove and oven are great. The convection is fantastic. Don’t trust the air fryer- not worth it, and the tones it makes when preheated and timer is done is annoying. The goods overweigh the bads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS IS THE 2ND SAMSUNG STOVE I BOUGHT. I LOVE THE STOVE, HOWEVER, MUCH LIKE THE OTHER ONE I HAD. THE GLASS TOP SCRATCHES VERY EASILY. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THAT IS THE ONLY DRAWBACK TO THIS AWESOME STOVE.. JUST BE VERY CAREFUL. MAKE SURE ALL PANS ARE SMOOTH ON THE BOTTOM. OR IT WILL SCRATCH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works as described. There are so many features on this stove and I have yet to find one that doesn’t work as described. Everyone that sees our new stove asks about it. It not only works great but it’s a beautiful addition to our home.

The delivery was scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00. The truck arrived without notice at 7:00 AM. The power cord wasnt included, so they left the stove still wrapped in tape and styrofoam. Nearly a week later, there's still no power cord. I'll have to buy a cord and connect it myself or perhaps return the stove and buy another elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this oven it is so versatile, the five burners is a definite plus the center warming center is perfect you can put pot on it and choose your setting and forget about it and it will be perfect when you’re through cooking other items, and last but not least the stove and cook top can be locked to ensure that it will be locked off until an adult can unlock it just having that peace of mind is priceless
