[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced a 4 year old range (another brand) that came with purchase of a new patio home. I had been unhappy with it from beginning. The Samsung fits all my needs. I'm happy it has standard self clean in addition to steam clean cycle. I've baked, convection baked, broiled, and used all burners ,and timer so far. I had just about given up baking, but at 71 this range made me believe that I had not lost my knack for baking! Very satisfied. I haven't set it up to use with smart phone, but I'm sure that is a feature many woild love. We are also happy with our Samsung refrigerator, tv, tablets and phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With so many features, a great price, larger-than-my-old-oven capacity, I’m very satisfied with the Samsung electric range. This is the first ceramic top range I’ve owned and it’s great. Easy to clean with baking soda and white vinegar. The bottom pull out storage drawer looks small but I can easily fit 3 cookie sheets, a cooling rack, and an 8-inch pan in there. I think the bread proofing feature will be used quite a lot this winter. Nice looking unit. Spacious. User friendly. Only complaint from me is about the obnoxious chiming that goes on and on to notify that the oven has finished pre-heating. But I figured out that I can get the chiming to stop by turning on the oven light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy this Smart Range from Samsung. The features list is very long and I have used every feature available within the first month. The cooking on the stovetop is great. My one complaint is that the surface is nearly impossible to keep clean. If you happen to have one spill and it gets cooked on, it appears to "burn in" to the glasstop, which is also nearly impossible to keep streak-free. I like the ability to remotely turn on and off the oven particularly for pre-heating. I like the air fryer and convection options. Actually very easy to clean too. I would recommend this to all my friends. Just be weary of the glass-top cooking surface on the electric models

I love getting with dry feature and that they included a air fry basket too. The griddle feature is so convenient as well. It makes it easy to throw a whole pack of bacon and eggs for the whole family for breakfast. The finger print resistance finish is perfect for anyone with young kids. The app allows you to easily control the features with the touch of a finger. It’s been really helpful for when I’m not on the kitchen. The preset cooking features really help to simplify a busy night with cooking. The WiFi connectivity is amazing and lets me preheat the oven from my phone with any variety of cooking settings, and also allows it to turn off after cooking! I love this range and highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best purchase was this stove! The rapid boil, air fryer and WiFi connection all make this stove exceptional. The air fryer works great, the oven preheats quickly. The only draw back is with any glass top stove, the cleaning is a lot of labor and delicate care to the surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is great. I love the air fry capability. My only recommendation is a way to alleviate the mess that can happen when you air fry. I'm not sure if a mesh dome or something of that sort can resolve that. I love to air fry different proteins and find that I have grease all over the window and door of the oven. That results in my cleaning it a lot. I dome or something mesh like that can withstand the oven would be great to keep the grease splatter to a minimum. These things are available with normal frying but not oven air frying.

The top seems durable and scratch resistant. It heats up water in no time flat. The unit is a perfect size for the two of us as our kitchen is laid out in a weird way. My only complaint is that the bottom drawer under the oven is small.

We have tried the air fryer and I think that’s going to be very nice when we have more experience with it. We have lots of positive feedback on the range and yes we are going to make it good. These days regrettably a use and care book does not come with the product so we have to experiment so we’re having a lot of fun with it.

I also love that I can choose between convection cooking and conventional cooking depending on the recipe. The griddle works great and is easy to clean. The Air Fryer also works great and is very big. . I love to use them for entertaining. The oven is very easy to clean with the self clean option. I love that it is wifi enabled. It is easy to control using the app. I am very happy with my new Samsung Range.

I purchased this Samsung range on July 1st, 2024, and just a few months later, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. When I submitted a service ticket, the technician blamed the issue on a single roach allegedly found inside the pad. This is absurd since I have professional pest control in my home and take every precaution. Even if this were true, one insect shouldn’t destroy such an expensive appliance in such a short time. Clearly, this is a design flaw, as I’ve since heard from others with similar issues. Samsung needs to step up and take accountability for selling unreliable products. I’ve been forced to eat out daily because my oven is unusable. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase Samsung appliances again.
