I have had this range for nearly a year and I don’t like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.

It’s made cooking more fun, more efficient, and less of a hassle. I’d buy it again—and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Technology wise, 1 star. We've been using this range for a year now. Display panel is very sensitive. If the steam from what I'm cooking gets to the panel, it turns on either the oven, timer or the center warmer. This worries me because it will just turn on. If I don't hear the beeping sound or if I don't see that it did turn on the oven, timer or the warmer, it is dangerous and might cause fire. So, if I'm boiling something or cooking something that I know will produce a steam, I stay and watch which is very inconvenient.

DO NOT BUY. In less than 3 months the oven turns on by itself. Has done this repeatedly, I have 4 videos of this occurring. Technicians have been out twice. Both times they contacted Samsung support and sent them videos of the oven TURNING ON BY ITSELF. Samsung support has repeatedly closed the tickets with no action even after the technicians they sent on site told them this is still an issue. Samsung WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. I am more than happy to provide video of this occurring. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG.

Purchased on 11/26/2023. The oven worked well up until this week 9/16/2025, when we began smelling gas when the oven was not in use. After inspecting with a gas detector probe I found that the oven broiler burner tube is constantly leaking a small amount of gas when neither the oven or the range is being used. Luckily it was caught before something very bad happened. I am quite disappointed as this didn’t even last two years of service and I have to way the cost and now safety risk factor of buying yet another stove so soon.

Besides the exceptional cooking it offers, this feature alone gives me peace of mind. It looks and cooks beautifully. Cleaning is super easy too. So happy about this purchase and looking forward to enjoying it for a long time.

When it blew up I waited longer than I should have but gave in with a holiday sale. Boy did I make a great decision. My hubby loves to cook and bake and we constantly have new cakes and brownies. Cookies are a regular treat too! Best of all lasagna! I complimented the food last night and he said it was because that oven was so evenly heated that it came out great and not hard in places. I love it and it fits into our decor well and and looks stylish. This is my first flat top stove so I hope that dos well but it’s been great so far. Hubby says he can even start preheating from work since it connects with his phone.

There will be a learning curve to get to know all the ins and outs of the new features a modern kitchen appliance. I will need to find information especially the air fryer and how to combine the more traditional aspects of cooking. The increased capacity of the oven does take away from drawer storage though.
