Great Features for a comparable price rang

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from an older stove. This thing has been fantastic. We use the air fry and bread proof functions often. The connectivity to turn on the oven when I'm making my way home is fantastic to get it pre-heated. It has seems to not let off as much heat into the kitchen as the previous stove, granted that was an older stove. I would purchase this product again if I had to. It has meet all needs and then some.

Basically a good range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the style and the convection oven. The only problem I've had is with the large double-ring burner. The double ring doesn't always cool down when you turn the dial to low. It happened a couple times with a large fry pan, and once when I was canning. That was scary because the canner had 15 lbs of pressure and the burner wouldn't cool down. Had to turn the burner off because I thought the canner was going to explode with constant pressure escaping. Am waiting for a repairman tomorrow.

Big Black Stainless Stove

It is a smart stove, so who knows all the possibilities. My wife has made all our favorite dishes in the new stove and loves it,

Love, love this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the new stove. Much more room inside the oven, more levels to put the food in. The burners are so nice at every level and I love cooking in and on it. The technology is too much for my 70 years, but I don’t have to use all the features and I do look forward to trying convection and air fry. The time cook is Soooo convenient. If you are not yet using it I would say you should definitely try it.

Dangerous produce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right front burner states working normal then goes to highest setting and stays there. While frying bacon my pan caught fire and almost started a fire. This happened after the first few times I used it.

Great Product

Well made good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove works well. I like the five burners and I like that it has an app that I can connect my phone to. I also like the air fryer. You can air fry lots of french fries. I love the stainless steel. The oven is large too for our Thanksgiving turkeys!

No user manual for the money they charge. Sad

Bought a few days ago. Doesn't even come with a manual. Very dissapointing...then can't instruct where to get the manual online without having to enter a massive model number...not impressed...so don't even know how to operate it properly. 3 stars is it.

WIFI Enabled Samsung Range

I purchased this range Nov. 6, 2025. Everything works as expected. Had to go online to find out how to set the time of day since was not clear in the manual. Downloaded the APP and connected to internet OK but have not yet used to control. Learning how to use the air fry feature that we did not have with our replaced range.

Poor quality.

From day one had problems. The middle burner never stopped without a lighter, even after they sent someone to fix it. One of the knobs broke off after one year. The stove finally gave up after two years, even after I spent 500 dollars on the parts they said to replace. The extended warranty company won't fix my other appliance and wants me to spend $400 to have a technician come to my house, then might refund the cost. I used to buy only Samsung, but they have gone downhill. Look for another brand, and maybe when they focus on quality, I might go back.
