Clock setting info could be a little clearer - just tap, don't hold 3 sec. And should be in the quick start rather than online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung Bespoke range! Life is a lot more convenient being able to control your oven from your cell phone. I love that I can preheat the oven for my bed. I also really enjoy all the features it has as far as cooking goes. We can get rid of our air fryer now that the stove can be an air fryer as well! Same thing goes for our food dehydrator. So this one appliance is now replacing at least three other appliances which I love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wait as long as I can to write my reviews so I have ample time to use all of the features and truly get a feel for what I think about the product. With that in mind, I can 100% give my stamp of approval. I am going to assume that this goes for anytime you change your stove but there was a slight learning curve with how this one heated up and cooked and once my wife and I got this down then cooking was so much easier with this stove. It seemed as though the oven and stove top heated up quicker, cooked extremely even, and possibly cooked everything a little faster as well. The skillet feature is really cool as you are able to get a fully even heat on the skillet right on the stove top, we cooked pancakes, fish, and vegetables and they all turned out great! I also appreciate the one burner that has multiple heating sizes available, this gives you the benefit of multiple sized burners without having to use precious space for a single sized burner that you may rarely use. The oven comes with multiple settings, and admittedly we have not used all of them, but it is a great way to tailor what you are specifically cooking at the moment. Lastly, the air fryer is equally great. We have been using a countertop air fryer for awhile but the only hangup was we were always limited to the smaller cooking space. Now we have more options with the larger air fryer and I'm hoping to be able to cook a turkey in it soon. My only cons on this product are fairly trivial. The instruction book that came with it was essentially useless, it was extremely generic and gave absolutley no overview on the features of this specific oven. And we have given up (for now) on the wifi feature. Our Alexa device never recognizes that its connected and my smarthing app won't let me preheat. You have to send a temperature with cook time and then still hit start on the oven (unless I'm missing something, which is where a proper booklet would have been helpful) so this kind of negates the point of using a wireless feature. It's not why I chose it, so it's not a big deal but hopefully the kinks are worked out soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the range I had before this one was old and not working. So any new range would have been so much better. Now with that in mind I do love this new range by Samsung but I have found a few things that I think could be tweaked. I love all the features this new range has as so far I have baked, roasted, air fried, boiled, and stir fried. The display is easy to use but the light is really bright at night, it legitimately lights up my kitchen like a night-light. Also you really do need the "Smart Things" app in order to utilize the smart features. The button seems useless when you push it just for it to go off after interacting at all with the oven. Once the app is connected to Wi-Fi it pretty much negates it. I really enjoy the rapid/fast boil but the way the knobs work and where those words are placed on the cooktop made me think for a moment that those features we're for only bigger pots/pans (they aren't). I also roasted some squash in the oven and left it in a little too long (because I was used to an old oven), so I decided to try steam clean. I followed the directions in the full online manual because it only came with a quick user manual. It said to use "detergent" on tougher or bigger messes, so I just use some dish soap and water before I started the steam clean. It said to use a cloth or towel to wipe the interior, remove any residual water and not to leave it for any amount of time. I found that after cleaning it before and for a while after, it didn't work as well on the bottom as it did for the sides. I still have some small black spots on the beautiful blue interior. The most frustrating thing I have found is that after the steam clean the oven window has streaks that appear to be between two planes of glass that I cannot get to in order to wipe away. So now my oven view is obstructed by streaks that don't clear up. Other than those few things, this range functions well so far, and I'm just excited to have a working range that I can prepare foods with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with No-Preheat Air Fry, Convection+ & Griddle. Let me start by saying this is a beautiful appliance!! I love the stainless steel and black combination. The Air fry feature is awesome! I’ve been using it almost daily and does an amazing job on my peppers and chicken dish. The griddle on top is a really fun new feature. I love being able to cook my eggs and pancakes on it. What a clever idea. It also has a rapid boil feature which is nice, along with a keep warm burner. I love the Wi-Fi capabilities.. I can connect right to my phone and preheat the oven from my couch! Simple preset buttons make it simple to cook! My favorite feature is the air fry! I love making crispy wings.

Contacted Samsung multiple times. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and with the quality of their product. First off they base warranty claims from images you send. I'm not a professional photographer. I also do not video tape the kitchen to have proof of how regular cooking is in our household. I actually work for a construction company that makes glass so I was trying to explain that thermal breaks can look like it has a center depending on where the break started. We move our pots to the unused parts of the stove when cooking so the food doesn't continue boiling and burn or when we are using the same burner for the next thing. We cooked something in high heat then moved it back then started frying the next dish. We did not hear anything, drop anything. We've been using glass cooktops for more than a decade and know how to take care of one. We did not see the break until after when I was cleaning the oil splatter. I scrubbed and was wondering why my sponge was getting caught on something. And of course, I pressed into it trying to feel the grooves. The crack had two midpoints, the outer edge of the back burner and near the edge of the front burner. The mistake I made is to try to clean the burners which may have tampered with the evidence. That and buy this product. I have to pay approx $600 out of pocket to get this fixed. I spent around $1000 on this and just got 4 months of use. The lesson I learned from this is if you do buy a Samsung, make sure you have 24 hour surveillance of the unit to get your warranty covered. I have a washer, dryer and fridge. I'm looking into putting camera's pointing to where I have them so the next time this happens to me, I have undeniable proof at least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Air Fry and Convection is one sharp looking range. I do not have the oven with the griddle. This oven is beautiful. I waited over a week to write my review because I wanted to see how well it performed. First of all, I've never seen technology like this on a stove. I've never had a fancy stove. When you set the timer on the stove, it lets you know when your food is ready by playing a musical tune when it goes off. That is so neat. That part really impressed my family. And I able to use an app with this stove thru wifi. I've only used the wifi once because it's not capable with my 5g. And when you turn the knob, the eye turns red instantly. A couple of things I didn't like was it seemed to take a while for the food to start cooking on the air fry feature. I have tried chicken and fries in the oven together. Also, I have to keep the eye up almost high for my food to cook like I want it. We are still getting used to the stove. I use the air-fry alot. All in all, I love it. My 3 favorite features are the air-fry, the way it heats fast and the fast boil.

Not sure how to clean the stove top though; maybe it could come with an appropriate cleaner? There is a self clean function for the inside as well. Not sure how to do that either. The owner's manual did not provide any help on how to use most functions. Please make a manual that more useful! Detail how to use every function. There are so many great functions! Our family uses the air fry function a lot. It takes a bit longer than than a countertop air fryer but works well. The air fry basket is a good size but something should be included to catch grease and crumbs. We use a large cookie sheet. The stovetop burners are fun to use, especially the main burner with it's different ring sizes. The griddle is nice but slides around really easily, maybe add something to keep it in place. Love how it shows the temperature as the oven heats up. Oven cooks perfectly, not to quick or too slow. Overall, a great stove. My family continues to explore all the different functions, so fun!

All the controls are very simple to use. I do think keeping the cooktop clean is a bit annoying though. Even after boiling water, there is a ring around the burner.
