[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the range and all it’s features and the oven preheats super quick. At times all the buttons are glitchy and don’t work when pressed and you have to Camacho everything and start over.

Have no complaints so far but haven't used it much. However being "smart", it doesn't track energy usage like my other Samsung products. The fridge does, microwave does, our 85"TV does, my washer does. However my gas dryer does not either.

i love all the extra features on this oven. i have used the convection and the bake features so far. the stove top cleans up nicely with the recommended ceramic glass cleaner. so far i am totally satisfied.

The oven temperature is too hot burning my food. My old Samsung range was 350F and this one is its sat on 160c and is burning every thing. Please guide it me to fix it.
