We just received this set. I am amazed at the quality of this set! It is well made, solid and even more beautiful in person. The fabric Appears to be a very high quality! I will likely buy a second set next season, I just can’t believe the quality!!

The most comfortable. Solid. Lasts a lifetime I had this set before, 1st set bought over 15 years ago and I sold my house so that set went with the sale. Still looked new. Be sure to use teak oil on it every year. We are in a new home and we bought have a new set for our new home. Love this set.

This item had to be shipped ($200 extra) to us, no local pickup. It arrived in 3 huge boxes, wrapped together on a pallet weighing over 300lbs. Unpacking took over an hour. All this to say, it is not returnable if something goes wrong. I put the furniture together, it was easy to do. I went to put the cushion covers on the cushion but the covers were navy blue, almost black in color, with speckles of light blue mixed in. Totally different than what was shown on the Sam’s Club website. I contacted the manufacturer to have the cushion covers exchanged for the blue color advertised for this set. They advised the covers were correct. They were navy, not blue. “Leo” advised that different computers and phone screens can manipulate the color and that was explained in the Sam’s Club website. As I told Leo, I’m a photographer. I understand how colors in photos are manipulated and there’s no way to lighten the cushion color from navy to slate blue without also lightening the color of the teak. In looking at other photos in the reviews, I found many many photos of the blue cushions, the same as advertised, and then I saw one that was almost black. But they don’t offer this in black. THIS was the navy blue color that I had been sent. Since the majority of the pics are of the blue cushions, I’m assuming they did have a blue color offered at one time but it must’ve sold out. And instead of changing the advertising photos to show a navy cushion color, they kept the same slate blue cushions (still listed as blue and not navy) and covered themselves with ‘navy is a shade of blue.’ All the boxes have been taken away, I cannot return this to Sam’s club without making multiple trips (an hour each way) because the furniture is too large. Custom cushion covers in a similar blue as shown were quoted to me at $700 to be made. Neither Cambridge (manufacturer) or Sam’s Club would refund a portion of the price or help to get a better color. I now have furniture that doesn’t match anything else on our porch. In the realm of things, this may not matter much. But when your spend $2,000 on something, you expect to get what was advertised, not a bait and switch with sold out merchandise replaces with something else and then being gaslit when you complain.

Purchased this a few weeks ago for my Florida room patio. It changed the whole look of the room. Looks much more like a finished room. Received multiple compliments already. Cushions are very comfortable and thick. Very happy with this purchase. Decided to also purchase nested end tables.

This set was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Impressed with the quality and size.

I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase! It arrived on time and it was really easy to assemble. The set has transformed our yard and given space to have wonderful gatherings, memories and outdoor relaxation. I spent several weeks looking for the right set for the right price and this one by far is the best deal for your money.

My set from over a decade ago is functional and beautiful and the orange cushions still have not faded in the heat and sun. The set I bought a year ago the wood is flimsy or all the cushions that are navy are completely bleached out and gross. How can I get a replacement cushion coverings? Because it’s disgusting to look at.

Purchased the sofa set recently. Item was received on time but one pillow cover was very dirty where its plastic bag was ripped and the other pillow covers were dirty where the plastic bag breathing holes were. I found another reviewer that had the same problem. My advice: open the three bulky packages on receipt and inspect the pillow covers to see if they are dirty. Note any obvious discrepancies on the delivery note and have the driver sign it. All other pieces, wood and hardware, were in the box in the right quantity and condition. I applied Teak Oil (purchased from Lowe's) prior to assembling the furniture (a hint taken from another reviewer) and the assembly went on smoothly. The set uses a solid construction - a good value for the money. At the same time the wood may have color variations and imperfections which in my opinion are OK for an outdoors set. The wood parts may not be milled to precise dimensions, resulting in wobbly chairs. I got the best result by loosening the screws, setting the chair on a flat surface, having someone sit on it and then tightening the screws. All but one adjusted properly. With regards to the dirty pillow covers, I contacted the furniture company and they offered me a $60 refund or to wait until April next year to have the dirty covers exchanged. A last word, my wife loves the set so I guess that everything negative said before doesn't count :)

Beautiful patio set that was quite easy to assemble. Excellent workmanship and the cushions were of the highest quality. I anticipate many years of enjoyment from this set. Didn't really need the ottomans, but used them as extra chairs against a railing after purchasing extra cushions.

We looked at various retailer teak sets. To actually find a real set rather than just a stained set in "teak" stain was a challenge. This is real Teak and it very substantial for the amount of money it cost, especially when comparing to other retailers. We also have 4 of the Teak rocking chairs from the same manufacture from Sam's. This is great, long lasting, well built furniture and also very easy to put together with great instructions. Cannot say anything but good about this set. Highly recommend. Our pup likes it as well!
