We live in the desert and we get below freezing temp often during the evening. The hot tub is no trouble maintaining temperature and we're happy with how it's performed during the last few months. Buying a second one for my other rental as we speak.

i’ve had this for maybe 2 years…. it’s awesome… why? has a great thick cover that is easy to use and move… size is great for 2, fine for 3 and 4 adults is quite tight (you better be related…. mostly i love how easy it is to empty and wipe clean and refill, bigger hot tubs you seldom do that and it’s a chore…. oh, for me a must is it’s 110 standard plug in and given the amount of water and jets that’s perfect….. for me (not sitting in it drinking for hours) it is the best

Just opened our new hot tub. Looks great, but missing the steps. From the picture and the comments, I understood the steps were included, but they were not in the package. I will add review when we get the tub going, but missing the steps is a big deal to me.

We ordered the 4 person 13 jet hot tub and it was shipped to us on time. Which took 20 some odd days. It was package very nicely and was fairly easy for my husband and I to move it into place on our patio. Tip: We used the cardboard from the packaging to slide it across the pavers to avoid scratches. Once in place, we filled it and plugged it in. We were able to enjoy the hot tub by the second evening. I'm very impressed by the temperature, it averages 105-107 degrees and this is where we like it! This was a great purchase and is way more energy efficient than our old one.
