Did the research and decided this product would be suitable based on the electrical requirement and simplicity. Unit came as advertised and the cabinet looks great.....easy installation and I chose to hard wire the unit with a gfi breaker in the panel rather than use a plug on the deck. Filled the unit and it took about 30 hours to reach 100 degrees. Running flawlessly.

We received our product after 20 days of original order, my husband installed and it seems it wouldn't warm up, but we let run for 12 hours and then it got up to 101 degree which is the correct temp. Then the jets will work like they are supposed to work, they turn off automatically every 15 minutes, waterfall work great, we love it. For the price it an amazing buy, good lasting quality, great performance overall. We are very happy with the purchase and get in it every night if we are home, it is so relaxing we go to sleep like babes. I recommend it to anyone don't think twice, buy it.

This spa was delivered in a timely manner. It was very easy to set up and took about ten minutes to fill. It heats up nicely to 104 degrees and sometimes it goes to 105. My only issues are: 1) The jets are adequate at best. They could and should have a little more power. 2) The spa was delivered without the stairs and it took approximately one month to get the stairs delivered. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hot tub. You basically get what you pay for. A good quality, low-cost, functional spa. I sit in it almost every evening and it soothes all my body aches and pains.

The cover seems to be very well insulated - ours has snow on top now for 24 hrs. Good size for two. Wish it had options for plug at different side - limits where you place and still have access to system. luckily the concrete foundation I had put in is big enough for jacuzzi to be side on. Love the lights! Used every other day since we installed!!! Under stars and snow it is awesome!

We ordered the hot tub and waited patiently for delivery. The truck dropped it off in our driveway, it wasn't too difficult to move it into the house, about like moving a large refrigerator. It took minutes to fill, heated overnight, and we used it the next day. We've had it for three weeks now and we have used it everyday with no problems. Love it! Great purchase!

The spa was totally plug and play, within a couple hours it was unpacked, setup and filled. Very nice for the money but a little dissapointed with the thermal friction heater, it takes a while to warm up in the MI cold weather. Overall a very nice product and very happy!

We love it! Easy to set up. Has been holding temp great, but it's only been a week and it's been pretty warm here. Hope it maintains in the winter. Instructions for chemicals, maintenance, etc. not really clear, but we figured it out with help from Google. Delivery was sooner than expected! Thank you!

Just received our LifeSmart Celestial Plug n Play Spa. It took about an hour to uncrate and set up. The spa works pefect and is everything it was advertised to be. The wife and I love it.

In the first month we had a leak in the hot tub by the motor. Called up the company, they were great. They found someone in my area to come and fix the problem. After that no further issues. We are loving our got tub!!
