I received this as a birthday gift, but some parts were damaged. I contacted Lifetime Customer Care and they were empathetic and quickly sent me replacement parts.

Bought this a couple months ago and we love it. Can't wait for the weather to warm up again so we can spend more time on it but am happy it has a lifetime warranty and can endure any weather although we have a light cover on it.

Easy to put together. I’m unsure about the durability. The entire weight of the person rests on the 4 bolts from which it pivots. Time will tell if it’s durable enough.

My mother-in-law loves this glider it's by the pool in the sun . She loves sitting in it every day . ( Getting her vitamin D (sun)) This glider is so much better than just a plane bench.

After reading reviews I do not recommend using this bench outside as it appears the fasteners used to hold the slats in place will rust and allow the slats to pop off the frame. Suggest using under a covered porch or patio.

I bought this for my front yard so I can sit back and glide while the kiddos run around! So far we absolutely love it! It does take two people to put it together though. Just fyi!

This was super easy to put together. Strong, quality material. I needed something on my porch that could withstand any weather. We're sitting on the porch every evening now that we have this. I would definitely purchase again for my back deck.

I bought this glider a number of years ago and I am very pleased with it. I recently needed to have 2 of the seat slats replaced. I was able to do this with Chris's help. The service was exceptional.

The slats on the bench seat and back are warping after two weeks in my patio the screws holding the slats are snapping off. worthless product do not buy either cheap materials or a design defect
