Super 60276 Gray Glider

Great product - bought, received and assembled the 60276 Gray Glider. Went together very nicely and I am 76 years old. Well packed for shipping, assembled without a hitch and works smoothly as expected. We love it on our back deck.

Quality issues

We bought our lifetime glider which arrived 4/9 product #1831027 model #60276. In just over two months on our patio your product started leaving rust stains on our concrete. Also MANY screws have rusted and snapped. Pictures attached.

Solid Equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this bench several years ago and am happy to say that, in our humid Miami heat, it's held up really well. We enjoy using it at dusk and dawn. Solid bench.

Comfortable with the perfect amount of Glide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this for Mother's day and love it. Easy to assemble and all the parts were in the box. Sturdy and comfortable. Fits 2 adults easily.

Cheap screws rusted

The screws that fasten the slats to the frame haven’t even made it through a single season. Rusted and broken. Now I have to extract the broken ends from the slats and replace with new screws. Very disappointing.

Glider bench slats keep popping loose

i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GLIDER BENCH. This glider bench glides well, But the slats come loose all the time. My husband keeps gluing them down using a weight for 12-24 hrs. Eventually they come loose along with others.

Still loving it after about 4 years!

This is a great bench even though one of the bearings just gave out lifetime can replace the part and I'm still enjoying the bench.  I love that it doesn't wear like my other wood benches.

Excellent support.

Purchased glider, but received with a damaged part. Lifetime support was very responsive and provided me a replacement part right away. The glider itself looks great, is very sturdy, and well constructed.

Nice glider cheap parts

I bought the glider 6 months ago the 4 metal post that are used to make it glide the centers wore out. They replaced them but the lifetime warranty is only 2 years. I rated this as poor because on the 4 post

I'm glad we were able to replace parts for free. Parts should not wear that fast. We will have to keep an eye out for more of the same issue as this is the first time I am hearing about this concern.

Defective and still waiting on parts

I bought this and within a few months the thing is falling apart. the screws are breaking off the seat and part of the glider arm is broken. still waiting on parts
