Since I use it, wow! , the roborock makes my life easier! It makes a little noise but no more than a normal vacuum cleaner, it sucks well and washes normally, it is true that the big tasks will not go away with the robot. I hesitated for a long time! But for me it gives me free time! if you have kids at home take it!

Bought the White model. Been running this guy several times over the past few days testing both vacuum & mop as well as the separate modes for deep cleaning and love it! I finally know what clean floors are supposed to look like 🙂. Runs like a champ, the software seems well maintained and the whole unit actually adds to the aesthetic of the room, which isn’t something I’d expect from robot vacuums. I have a shedding dog that loves to roll around and back scratch on a rug and the robot is able to keep the low pile rug looking clean and relatively furless. And being able to do a quick cleaning run while driving guests back to the house was a great feeling. One minor caveat: if you mark a certain area as carpet, when running in the mop only mode the robot will still travel through the user-marked carpet area instead of skipping it to save some battery and time. However that’s most likely a software related thing should they decide to change it (and there may be trade-offs I’m not aware of)

I bought this Roborock two months ago and took a little time to learn how to program as per our needs. Once that learning curve is reached, it’s simply amazing to use!

This robot vacuum meets my expectations. Great for daily light cleaning jobs. Smart enough to do the cleaning job without hitting the furniture. Still got stuck by some random wires, but I am ok with that.

I bought it when just got on the market Da*n this is one of the best purchases after dyson vacuum cleaner. It’s so da*n smart, I love it. Cleaning is very good and the wash is good too.

I am very disappointed with this new model I own the previous model, and I am very happy with it. I wish I could return it and just get the old model. I just purchased the Q Revo and the performance is great

I absolutely love this product! The first couple of days, I monitored it but now I trust it! While it does my floors (vacuum and mop -- everyday) I do other chores. It truly offers a helping hand!

I bought this two months ago and we are completely satisfied. We have two medium sized dogs and keeping the floors clean was a chore. That is no longer the case. We just pick up a few things and run it while we sleep.

Bought S8 Pro and loved it so much I bought another one for the other side of the house for double fast cleaning. Great company. Great tech support. Great job Team ! B
