I’m absolutely shocked that a robot can vacuum and clean basically as well as I can while doing a good job of avoiding objects. Indispensable! I was on the fence about getting one but am so glad I did. House has never been cleaner and the robot mostly takes care of itself.

Absolutely thrilled with this robot and have no complaints. I feel like it gave me the gift of time and I got my life back. I tried the newest Roomba mopping vac first, and ended up returning it because it had too many issues to list. I’m so glad I did, and that I did some digging and found this one. It’s like owning a Corvette vs a Honda. It’s fast, it zips around chair legs and obstacles like a ballerina on wheels, never crashing into walls or obstacles. The fact that it cleans the mop head automatically and as often as you set it to is a fantastic feature because I don’t feel like it’s just dragging a dirty mop head all over our floors. It mapped our 1100 square foot first floor in 5 minutes, and the way it cleans is very logical, it never gets stuck or lost. I love that you can see the path it’s taking on the app. I haven’t seen it struggling to pick up larger debris, it seems to grab most things with ease. I wish you could use other cleaning fluids instead of just theirs, but I mostly use just water as it works just as well if not better. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase, and it will be the gift that keeps on giving for a long time to come. From what I understand, this is the best robot vac/mop on the market, and this little robot has certainly earned that spot!!!

S8 Pro keeps up to the mark. We have used S7 Pro for about a year and decided to upgrade, and use one on the first, the second on the second floor. S8 feels like a marginal, but still great improvement over almost perfect S7. The navigation is stable, mopping and vacuuming capabilities are great. Very happy with the purchase

We got the vacuum to clean our 1,300sf art gallery and it's great. It vacuums and mops, and even when it encounters new objects, like a new sculpture on the floor, it is very careful with it. We never worry about it knocking something over. Very grateful that the Roborock keeps it all clean at all times.

I've owned almost all robot vacuums since 2005. I now own both the Roborock S7 and the S8 Ultra. Both work exactly as advertised, never fail and do a better job of cleaning than I can. The IOS App works better than any other vacuum app. Don't waste your time and money.... just get the robot vacuum that actually works!

With three kids and two 100lbs dogs, having clean floors was a must. We have not swept or moped in the weeks following our purchase. Our floors have been spotless and polished. If you're in the market for a mop/vacuum combo this is your best bet. This model absolutely worth every penny.

This is my 3rd robot vacuum and it is the best by far. Why? It rarely gets stuck, it does a great job vacuuming, it doesn't lose its map, the app is easy to use, and the auto mop system is fantastic (although, I only use it on our tile mudroom floor). Also, hair tangles are less common and are easier to remove.

This is our second Roborock and it is amazing! We have had zero issues thus far - it’s worth every penny. It seamlessly swaps between vacuuming and mopping, and has been great for our home (we have two kids and two cats). Our first device is the Roborock S6 and while it is also great, this one is a major upgrade. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!!! I have owned other robotic vacuums and mops previously, but none of them worked as well as the Roborock! I never have to go around and vacuum after the robot anymore! I have a toddler and two large shedding dogs, so there was always a mess, but now my floors are so clean and I am SO HAPPY! Thank you!!!

Our floors weren't terribly dirty but there is a lot of dust in Colorado. I run it in the main kitchen/family room/dining area daily and then mop weekly. The floors have never looked better. I then carry the cleaning unit once a week upstairs to vacuum the carpets. It also works well on our garage that has an epoxy finish.
