This is a very frustrating printer. After three tries at setting up, and having the software insist I haven't added the HP Smart App (which I did), I was finally able to get it to print. It prints great from my phone and tablet, but does not like to print from my Windows 10 laptop. Scanning and copying are convoluted to use – not intuitive at all. Everything except copying a single sheet at a time runs through the HP Smart App. The document feeder DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I tried the HP Virtual Assistant, which insists that the only printer they have on record is one that I haven't used in over a decade. (Yes, I registered this printer and it shows correctly in HP Smart. Click into Virtual Assistant, and there’s the old printer, with no way to change it.) Back it goes.

So far so good, this printer does all I need it to do. It was easy to set up and the price was good.

Do not recommend, many problems from the start. Wouldn't stay online, constantly unplugging between prints and uses a lot of ink. Will be returning

Love this printer! Print quality, HP Ink for 6 months, air print from my iPhone, and a doc feeder. Yes please.

Works as advertised, easy to set up, and only 2 ink cartridges. Still early only 1 week but so far so good.

THIS WAS THE MOST FRUSTRATING PRINTER TO SET, I WENT TO WIRELESS TO UPGRADE, NOW I WISHED TO KEEP MY 15YR OLD BROTHER ENDED UP BUYING ETHERNET CABLE, COULDN'T GET TO GO WIRELESS, BRAND NEW PC I COULD GO ON JUST DONT BUY
