I like the product except the ink is already running all over the papers i printed

DO NOT BUY!! HP has spyware on printer. You have to pay for copies in order to receive free ink. . Printer jams up.... that's a copy. If i am going to pay for copies, then why have a printer? They monitor your online and printing through their spyware installed on the printer. . Plus you can forget about cancelling your subscription. It is not possible to do. Just check on their website. It cannot be done!! I unplugged mine and threw it out. I will never buy another HP product because of this. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!

I have never hated a printer more. It gets hung up all the time and keeps trying to print the whole job again only to fail on the last page. Then it tries to start over again. Over and over again. And since I'm on the ink program I get charged for every misprinted page and it feels like a scam. Every time I use it I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to come back online. I'm done with HP printers and using them exclusively since I've had a computer.

Great purchase

I have never had much luck with HP products, so I should have known better than to purchase this one. The app for it isn't helpful, except for ordering more ink--which is what you will be doing a lot of with this printer. First, the black ink that came with it had either dried up or never had any in it. I purchased more, as I wasn't sure if this was a printer problem or an ink one. When I purchased a new black ink cartridge, it worked for less than two weeks, maybe printing 50 sheets. Yes, it's a cheap printer because HP is going to bleed you dry with the ink. Consider something different.
