If you like Pottery Barn...you'll like this set. I love Pottery Barn but can't afford it. The 7-piece teak set is beautiful and very functional. I was skeptical of buying online without seeing it but after reading reviews and knowing that I liked the look, I decided to give it a try. It was packaged very well and all the parts and hardware were well organized and labeled. My husband started helping me put it together but after only a couple of pieces, had to leave for work. I finished it alone without incident. My cushions were carefully wrapped an very clean. There was a lot of sawdust on the outside of the plastic but not on the pillows. I use the set on a screened back porch and it provides a lot of seating space...the ottomans double as nice seats for additional people. The ONLY negative is that I don't want the set to turn gray and we bought teak sealer to apply to the set. Boy, that is a job! It says to apply 3 coats but mine is having to get by with one! It just takes forever. We are very pleased with the set and the functionality of it!

This teak furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. The wood is not as heavy as some we've seen, but it is very sturdy and easy to put together. The cushions are super thick and nicely upholstered. The fabric is a really nice neutral color and lends itself to a variety of decorating styles. We are definitely satisfied customers!

I am a pretty picky buyer and have been eyeing this set for a while. It showed up and I am more than pleased. It is very heavy nice quality wood. Typically when you have to build one of these things nothing fits and the shottiness comes out. This is made very well. The pieces fit together nicely and the hardware was not cheap stuff. My cushions were all packed well and had plastic and paper wrapped on them. No problems at all. As good as it looked the true beauty came out when I applied the teak oil. Really nice. I highly recommend the oil and not a new product at lowes which is foam. The oil goes on easily and quickly with a brush. Starting with the foam was much more time consuming. Oil gets into all the cracks and nooks too. Had only one issue. The threading for the bolts is sunken into the pieces. On one of the pieces it was sunken too far so the screw couldn't reach the thread. Luckily they shipped extra of the long screws. I took two of them and dremmeled off about an inch and it worked like a charm. Other option was to just go to the store and pick up two screws that length. That was my only issue and I resolved it quickly. I just got the set so I can't comment on durability but based on what I see I don't see any problems. Actually considering buying the loungers now..

I am happy with the quality and look of our teak patio set. It is half the price of other sets that we looked at and there customer service is very good. We had a couple of damage parts that they sent out right away. I would have given 5 stars if the hardware was stainless and they offered Sunbrella fabric. C Workman

I am pleased with my teak set. Teak quality is good and although the white cushions were not ideal, two stained cushion covers were replaced quickly. THe company that supplied the set was wonderful to work with. No hassle. Quick delivery. Cashions have zippers so can be cleaned easily. Teak is not too heavy but very well constructed. Directions and parts were clear and easy to put together.

This is a nice quality teak set for this price. It took me about 3 hours to unpack and assemble with a power screwdriver and the occassional assistance of my husband. The delivery was very quick and arrived mostly in good condition: A few cusions were already dirty in a few areas and one arm was slightly dinged, but it rubbed out with a light sanding. For the money, this is a very good deal and I imagine that this will last for a long time. After the set was rained on a few times, the wood did check a little bit, so I would suggest covering this for winter and treating with teak oil in the future. Also, the cushions will need to be recovered at some point - white is not going to work for the long-term. However, if you add the cost of several yards of sunbrella fabric to make new covers to the cost of the set, it is still far more reasonable than other sets. The set looks more expensive than it is.

We were pleasantly surprised at what an excellent value this teak patio furniture is. The quality of the teak construction and cushions is excellent. The hardware provided for easy assembly was well made with extra pieces included if needed. Also, the shipment tracking information was accurate and the delivering carrier timely and courteous. We were very pleased with the purchase and the teak furniture is lovely on our screened porch.

After searching for outdoor furniture for months, I kept coming back to this set. I read and re-read all the reviews and was still hesitant to spend this amount of money on an outdoor seating set. I went ahead and took the plunge and am ECSTATIC with the end result!! Everyone loves the set and although the cushions are light in color, they clean up easily. The set assembled quickly and the worst thing was taking the time to put teak oil on all the wooden pieces, but it was worth it!

It took almost 3.5 weeks to be delivered and arrived in 3 huge cartons. I chose to seal the wood with Teak Oil (purchased at Home Depot) to protect the wood from the elements and to give it that rich, gorgeous teak color. I opted to oil the wood prior to assembly and it's taking days to do it! I know it'll be worthwhile when I'm finished, but it's A LOT of work! Actual assembly is pretty easy -- excellent instructions and thoughtfully packaged hardware.
