Not only is this set heavy duty in quality, the workmanship and feel of the wood is wonderful. I put it all together with no problem (power screw driver recommended) and that's saying a great deal because I am not the handiest of people when it comes to assembly. I opted to purchase Teak Oil from my local Home Depot and treated the wood 48 hours prior to putting the wonderfully made, thick, lush cushions in place. I priced very similar sets on-line at several sites and found I paid 1/4th the "sale" price of the other sites for almost the identical pieces by ordering from Sam's. Buy the set, you won't be sorry. It is GORGEOUS!

I have been shopping for a Teak seating set for quite some time and I am very happy to have found this one. Wood and finish are exellent, assembly was easy. I would have chosen a different fabric colour if available. The white covers looks beautiful but get dirty easily when furniture is placed outside. Overall great buy, very happy.

My wife and I recently purchased this set of furniture for our covered back porch. We searched everywhere looking from the perfect set. We are so pleased with our purchase. The furniture was delivered to our house on a home delivery freight truck in two large (and very heavy) boxes on crates and one smaller box. I was very impressed with the way the parts were packed in the boxes. Inside the boxes, each piece of furniture had it's parts tied together. No guessing which part went with which chair/table. Each box also had instructions and hardware parts for just the pieces of furniture in that box. Again, no guessing which screws or bolts went with which chair/table. They even provided extra parts for each piece of furniture in case one was lost, etc. There was not one part that didn't go together effortlessly. Assembly was a breeze and only took about two hours. The quality of this furniture could not be better. It is made from heavy, solid, teak. No rough spots or sharp edges. The color of the wood was slightly lighter than the picture on this website. That can be changed with teak oil. The cushions seem to be very durable and easy to clean. They are also very comfortable. A local store had a similar set of teak furniture for $6000 - $7000 that wasn't as nice as this set. We could not be happier!

The set is sturdy, attractive and comfortable. Followed others' recommendations to oil first with teak oil before assembling. It needs a couple coats and we'll be giving it another now that it's been outside for a week. With oiling and assembling, it took 2 of us about 4 hours to put the set together. One of the cushions had a spot on it even though they came well wrapped. We can live with it. We didn't know a set of outdoor furniture could be so comfortable! Wish we had discovered this set years ago.

Just got the 7pc Teak set. Easy to assemble. Overall very good quality and style. Cushions comfortable . Not sure how the off white color will wear, but cushion covers can come off to be cleaned? ( No instructions for cleaning covers). I would definitely recommend this set.

Shopping Experience: Sam's had many choices for wicker and just a few for teak but it was very easy to find out the information I needed to make a decision- dimensions, quality, reviews that were thorough and thoughtful. Ordering Process: The process set my expectations for size, # of packages, delivery date, etc. Delivery: I hate 3rd party logistics companies. I almost always get damaged goods. These guys called to schedule the date, then they called the night before to give me a window and then 30 minutes before they showed up (at the beginning of the window!) All 3 boxes were packaged brilliantly and there was no damage. all parts and hardware were there with an extra of each. Very satisfied. I thought the teak would be darker- it was very light wood. Assembly: the instructions were pretty good and like I said, there was extra hardware which is rare these days. The only snag was using the wood screws on the wood slat assemblies for the seats. There was about a quarter inch gap and I heard some of the glues wood pulling away so I didn't screw it in all the way. The cushions are hearty, thick and firm but comfortable. The finished product was beautiful. I spent the rest of the morning oiling the teak. It came out amazing. I am so happy with this purchase.

Overall, this furniture is excellent quality, especially for the price. Easy to assemble, shipment was quick from time of order. Only negative - no choice on fabric color for cushions. Offwhite not the greatest choice for outside use. Cushions also came with spots on them, but Sams Club immediately replaced the covers for me.

Excellent product. Went together easily and well. No parts missing. No parts broken. Well packed. Fabric is not Sunbrella but ok and no fading (blue colour) yet but this set is in a screened porch under a roof. I put marine teak oil all all parts before assembly.

When the furniture arrived in just a few days; not a few weeks, that was a pleasant surprise. My 13 year old daughter assembled the entire set on her own. I have been looking for an outdoor set for years but I'm very particular about the feel and looks of a product. I was a little hesitant purchasing online without trying the furniture out by sitting and feeling the set; but it's better than anything I've sat in at ANY store:) We stained the teak and scotch guarded the cushions and they've been through some rain storms and have held up beautifully. When watering the flowers in the morning/evening water always ends up on the table and beads beautifully, all I do is lift the table on one side to let the water run off. Great set, if you're thinking about it I wouldn't hesitate one bit, you'll be thrilled if you buy it.

I looked at teak furniture on other sites. This is by far the best value. It took about 3 hours to assemble, but I'm pretty good at that sort of thing. If you are not, you should plan of 4 or 5 hours of assembly time. My guess is that this furniture will last many years.
