I love MOST things about this fridge and am generally happy with this purchase. It’s spacious, shelves and drawers are practical and the beverage center is a great feature. I really like the ice maker as well. My only but major gripe with this is how delicate the stainless steel is on the doors. I purchased it about 7 months ago and it has more scratches and dents than my previous 10 year old stainless steel Samsung. Super disappointed about that considering it’s so new and a splurge for us.

I’m not a fan of the ice maker. It has a large tray but doesn’t produce a lot of ice for the space it takes up. Other than that, it has been great.

It is a little wider and comes out more than fitting flush in my kitchen but I do have a smaller kitchen area. I can live with it and still think this refrigerator is beautiful. I purchased it in the color white.

Setup Elias easy and the two types of ice is a real plus. Took me a bit to figure out how to reset the filter after I changed it, but that was a very minor issues.

Originally bought it because of the interchangeable panels and basic features but fell in love with the ice maker, temperature changeable middle drawer and my overall favorite feature... the always full filtered water pitcher in the beverage center!

I was hesitant to purchase the new model but with the ice in the freezer drawer, the new design seemed like it would be better. I'm so glad that I did purchase this, it has been fantastic! We love the door in door and pitcher for ice water and use it constantly. I wasn't sure 2 sizes of ice would be needed, but that is a very nice feature as well. The metal cooling does seem to make a difference, and the spaciousness can't be beat!

The two sizes of ice are a great choice. There is ample room in the freezer and the fridge. The best part is the design and the colors. Love our color choice and the no handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my white Bespoke refrigerator for 2 months now and it's just great. It's so quiet, I have listen closely to ensure it's working. The best feature is the flex drawer that can be used as an extra freezer or cooling center. And the shelves are designed to accommodate larger items when needed. I've been waiting years for a fridge like this.
