The stainless steel finishing looks great and not hard to keep clean. Handles to open door are well located for comfort when opening. I just wish the ice trays wouldn’t get ice stuck sometimes preventing more ice production.

The capacity it amazing for both fridge and freezer. I love having easy access to drinks and filtered water. Absolutely love the ice dispenser and have had zero issues with cooling. I love that it features a flex-zone that allows me to use one compartment for 3 different items that I use often. I have t had a chance to check out the smart features yet but I am excited about it!

There is lots of space for organization as well as cooling features like the bottom right door for liquids And the ice making is decent I wish there was a setting to Say how often ice is made even though there is already an option for no ice making at night time.

I am extremely disappointed with this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It was purchased just three years ago, and the compressor has already failed. A refrigerator is a major investment, and I expected it to last much longer than this. Now I'm dealing with spoiled food, the inconvenience of finding a repair or replacement, and the cost of fixing a fridge that should still be working. A compressor is one of the most important components, and it should not fail after only three years of normal use. I chose Samsung because I believed I was buying a high-quality, reliable appliance. Instead, I've had a very frustrating experience and have lost confidence in the brand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a dependable appliance.
