[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app keeps changing the fridge and the freezer temperature on its own. The pitcher auto fills is buggy. Freezer started building up ice inside. Sealing is not the best. Overall experience is not good.

It was bought a few weeks ago. The space in the refridgerator is maximized well thought of especially when you hav a large family. Deli drawer is a game changer & bonus. As for the ice maker & water distributor. Everything is clean & hygenic. I would not hesistat to buy it. Love it !!!

The beverage center has been the biggest life changer for me and my family, no more waiting 5 minutes to fill your water bottle. The size of the fridge is one of the best on the market and you can never go wrong with Samsung quality. Highly recommend.

Great features to many to list all. ice machine works great and two different styles of ice . Connivence on the water jug fills automatically and fresh clean water taste amazing some filters don’t taste as well. Plenty of space and easy access to shelves with the one shelve folding in half. Only downside is the stainless steel but looks the best so I don’t mind wiping fingerprints every now and then.

Have had this refrigerator for a week now but it has taken the headache of ice accumulating at the bottom tray of the fridge in the one that I got rid off. There's a lot of room in the refrigerator and it provides for good organization to store things. The cooling is really good. One of the really likeable features of this model is the built-in water carafe in the Beverage Center. If there's something that's unusual about this fridge then I would say it's the lack of explicit door handles leaving people wondering how to open the doors. The doors can be opened through handle notches hidden underneath the doors and we have gotten used to it now over the week. Overall, it has been a good experience so far and hope it continues it's performance and durability as time progresses.

Freezer always freezes up making it hard to open and close. Was told to wipe frost off freezer rails when this happens. Ice tray cover is cracked due to sticking when frozen and binding up. Also water picture says dishwasher safe, warped and is useless after putting in dishwasher one time. This wasn't a cheap fridge or should I say the price wasn't cheap!

The front glass design is way better than stainless steel. Temperature is accurately reported based on my tests with a separate thermometer. The drawers are easy to open and the ice maker is working well. Very happy so far.
