Nice product. You will wait for the ice maker for about 12 hours. Plenty of space and the lowest shelf on the right hand door holds 2 gallon jugs. Not a fan of no humidity adjustment on the Crispers. The "Crisper+" is for leafy vegetables and the drawer on the right if for fruit, but no place can you find that in the manual.

We love the counter depth size, the French doors on top, and the flex drawer. It’s quiet and makes tons of ice in two sizes. We love the hidden beverage center and especially the auto fill pitcher with infuser. The quality seems great so far, too. Very happy with this purchase.

I gave five stars because we did have issues but I felt that customer service was responsive. The installation guys did a good job considering what they had to work with. we had plenty of space when measuring from the floor level. However, we did not know how important it was to measure all the way up the wall. I guess our house had settled or the wall was never plumb in the first place. In short my only criticism would be more emphasis for the non-savvy that it is critical that the entire 3-D space that will “house” the refrigerator is correct. it was a huge challenge to fix, and ultimately we will be getting a contractor to fix the wall so that it is straight and does not narrow at the top. The pictures attached will show the problem. A couple of the plastic parts were cracked and based on calling customer service I believe they are going to get these fixed for us. Oh, one more thing, instructions for auto water refill confusing. The bottom button acts as a set mode but after 3 seconds changes. hard to describe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my good friend has this fridge, but the 29 cuft one, and it is great! So great, in fact, that I wanted one for myself! I got the 23 cuft version in Morning Blue Glass with the bottom 3 in white - I love the look of this, everyone seems to as well! The 23 cuft sizing is great for my kitchen as I don't have a ton of open space in the middle. The larger 29 cuft would not have looked good in my kitchen. The best feature for us is the beverage center. Not only do you get a regular water dispenser, but also the auto-filling water jug... and the water taste great! I do wish there was more details on the filter though (in case I wanted an additional filter on top of the Samsung's filter here. The ice tray on the bottom is neat, although I feel like it has take up more space in my freezer than I would have liked. The center drawer is for cans, which is great for those who love their drinks in the fridge (from unopened wine bottle to canned drinks). I also love the shelf that has a small area where you can push a part of it to slide back; it create this open area for really tall bottles or other odd items that is really tall. You don't have to move an entire shelf to accommodate something like that (we had a tall fruit drink that we got from Costco that required just a extra inch on our shelf and opening that section of the shelf up made it fit!). I do notice that there is a huge loss in space from the 29 cuft to the 23, but as we have a second fridge in the garage, this was not an issue for us - we definitely prefer not bumping into the refrigerator in the kitchen and just having a nicer layout. Overall, great refrigerator!

Having the Flex Zone Drawer in between the fridge and the freezer is a game changer. The flex zone even fits cans standing up. So that drawer is the kids snack and school lunch drawer. 2 types of ice is one of my favorite thing about the freezer. Ice bites and regular cubes. The fact that I get notifications on my phone letting me know that the door got left open is pretty neat. All in all, good space, cold air, solid construction. I'd recommend this fridge to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first fridge with the 3 doors. I have always had side by side. I really love all of the room in the fridge plus the deli drawer which you can choose the temperature based on what you have stored in there which is awesome. The dual ice maker has small and larger ice cubes. I must say the freezer does not have as much room as my previous appliance so good thing we have a deep freeze because I couldn’t fit everything from the old freezer into the new one. The fridge has a lot more room than before so that is a plus. And the drink center is amazing. The water pitcher is always full and I use it to fill up the dogs water bowl which makes it so quick and easy. The extra beverage center door make is quick to just grab a canned drink or bottled water if I am on the go. Doesn’t let out the cold from the fridge as it would opening the entire door and easy to use the water dispenser. I like the color and the option to buy different colors in the future if I want to change up the look. It’s a smart appliance. It dings if you leave the fridge door open too long and it also notifies you on the app if the door is left open. It does not ding for the beverage center door just the main doors. The deli drawer only has one light in the left side. I would suggest having one on the other side for future products as it’s hard to see on the right if you have items on that left side that block the light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home last fall, and we had been using our “garage” fridge that was not very pretty refrigerator up until we received our Samsung Bespoke with Beverage Center. The counter depth size is exactly what we needed to fit in our kitchen, and it does fit perfectly. I also knew I wanted a water dispenser and ice maker. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the ice being in the freezer drawer, but I actually don’t mind it at all. I absolutely love that we have the option for 2 sizes of ice, I prefer the smaller size. I love so many things about this refrigerator. The beverage center makes it easy to grab a drink without digging through fridge and my daughter likes that I keep it filled with juice boxes. I also make tea pretty regularly and the pitcher comes in handy for that. I don’t have to sit with my pitcher under the dispenser anymore waiting for it to fill. I was worried with it being counter depth that we would lose out on space, but I feel like it has way more usable room than I expected, especially since it doesn’t have the icemaker in the top like some others do. The doors hold a lot, there are adjustable shelves and ones of the shelves fold in to expand for taller items. I can’t forget to mention the flex drawer, we use this for cheese and meats basically. I love that it can be adjusted to use for other things, but for us we use a lot of cheese, deli meat and on the go foods. It is so easy to keep clean. I really love this fridge and how it looks in my kitchen.

Leftovers go on the top shelf & no linger get lost behind bigger items! Eggs and dinner prep items go on the lowesr shelf & everything inbetween fits on the main shelf & in the doors. I set the drawer up in the deli setting (initially used beverage, but that froze the cheese) for the kids so they aren't constantly opening the fridge browsing for a snack. The top of the freezer opposite the ice is for frozen treats & snacks, ice packs & specialty ice... again, quick access for kids & hubby. I set the bottom up for meal items. And we LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice options & beverage center! No more breaking & busting large icecubes for kids' waterbottles. 😍 We've had it a month & not a single negative thing to say about it.
