[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bespoke unit spoke to me. Since day one this Refrigerator has made life so much easier. If you are always on the run, have kids, or like to host this is the Refrigerator of your dreams. The beverage center with water pitcher and auto fill might just be our favorite feature. We also love the flex drawer as we can use it for deli meats or a secondary freezer! Lastly we are amazed how perfect the custom panels matched our existing kitchen cabinets. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad experience with a deferent Samsung Refrigerator and was very reluctant to purchase another one. But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good? it is nice looking and functional but yet quiet. Running at 90F in the summer seems fine so far. The glass door panels are a nice design. The dual ice making is nice. The smart/app feature is also very informative.

I've had this fridge for a week. The bag of salad in the crisper drawer turned into water. The middle drawer doesn't seal well and stays wet inside. It barely makes ice. No more than we use ice, it should be full by now. This would not do for entertaining.

Please know this review is coming from someone who swore she would never buy a Samsung fridge, other family members have had other models and it's just been one nightmare after another for them. Still, I couldn't ignore this model's great reviews and the fantastic design. Bought in Sept 2023, love EVERYTHING about this fridge!! Love the beverage center, flex deli/freezer drawer, the space, 2 kinds of ice...just the best fridge ever!!! I do wish there was an option to create your own design printed behind the glass on the doors. That would be so killer! Anyway, get this baby, you won't regret it!!

While the design of the refrigerator is unique and I love that you can change the colors, I found it odd that the matching appliances could not be changed. Ours actually was delivered with one of the panels broken and I had to return it. I ended up getting another style refrigerator since I was concerned it would not hold up to our rough and tumble family. I did like the feature that allowed you to infuse the water, but it just wasn't enough for me to wait to get another one. I had never had a problem with my other Samsung appliances, however, when I am asked what appliances I decided on, numerous people told me not to get a Samsung refrigerator because it would have problems with the ice maker. Although it looks cute, it was not worth the risk to me to repurchase it. I ended up with the KitchenAid that had the wood grain interior and the soft closing drawers.

This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd fridge that I purchased since I moved to USA 20 years ago. And by far, this is the most amazing refrigerator that I’ve ever had. Look: It does look very modern, and I invited a couple of friends that had great comments about the appearance. Size: It perfectly fit a counter deep kitchen furniture. Refrigerator: Plenty of space, plenty of ways to organize stuff. Freezer: Great space for family of 5, and love that we have 2 size of ice. Flexzone: This is my daughter space, since you can program the temperature you want on that drawer, we place everything that my 4 years old daughter can grab. That way we don’t need to worry. App: You can change the temperature of the fridge and freezer and change the mode of the Flexzone, great addition. Beverage Center: I think that this is the most amazing eature, I love to always be able to grab a jar full of cold water. Also, the water dispenser works while the door is open, this is mind blowing!!!! After two weeks my 4 years old daughter was on a tantrum and throw a toy to the refrigerator. It did a small ding on the door, the good news is that you can easily (very easily) exchange the door. That is a blessing
