Water pitcher and optioned dispenser are awesome, hidden inside door so not ugly on outside & drip on floor. Love 2 sizes of ice, esp the small. Bought 2 of the same model and might have purchased a 3rd but had a much smaller space.(& less budget!) Had issue w/ shelves but finally resolved.

They're also incredibly easy to clean—fingerprints and smudges wipe away effortlessly, which is a huge plus for a busy household. The FlexZone™ pull-out drawer has been a game changer. It provides convenient extra storage and makes it easy to organize snacks, drinks, deli items, and other frequently used foods. Everything is within reach and neatly organized. I am especially impressed with the dual ice maker. Having two types of ice is wonderful, but I particularly love the smaller ice cubes. They're perfect for drinks, chill beverages quickly, and make entertaining guests even easier. My husband’s favorite feature is definitely the Beverage Center™ with the AutoFill Water Pitcher. It's so fun using the touchscreen on the fridge and adding pictures, listening to music, writing notes for my wife. It's also cool sharing a calendar on there. But as an actual fridge, it's pretty awesome as well. Plenty of space. The water pitcher system is awesome. Overall this thing is really amazing.

Feels like a huge commercial fridge with the way it holds everything and keeps everything at a perfect temp. I love how we can control temperatures via the app and it sends us notifications when something needs to be changed or the fridge door was left open

Top features we enjoy are the beverage dispenser and the dual ice maker. I’ve noticed we drink much more water (instead of sugary options) since the dispenser and pitcher are so convenient. I also love that they are enclosed so you have a very sleek look. I don’t know why but the shape and size of the ice maker such a difference!

The different water dispensers is a great touch as well. It’s super efficient and allows you to customize your drink by adding fruit or even veggies in the top of the pitcher. I also am in love with how easy it is to access the filter and the convenience of changing the cooling from my phone. This is truly an amazing fridge and you would be doing itself a favor by following through with this purchase. ☺️😊

Positives: sleek look, refrigerator cools well, shelf and drawer organization is great. We love the flex drawer and the water pitcher feature! Negatives: the freezer is in a constant state of frost or ice buildup on freezer drawers, shelves and food items. The repair tech told us we are opening it too often!! Ridiculous! So items and drawers start defrosting and then refreeze when we close it. We ARE NOT leaving it open for 5 minutes or something. More like 20-30 sec at the most. Then the icemaker stops working, because of frost. The tech told me to pull the ice maker arms down to break off the frost. The tech also told me about a reset button on each icemaker, I push that thing multiple times PER WEEK. Then water sometimes sprays down to the bottom of the freezer and freezes! We have never had full ice bins in the 4 months we've owned it. I actually hate this refrigerator. We returned one frig within the first week because of the frost/ice build up & stupidly got the same one. With the same problem. It's defective- it's the way it's made. Also.... it is NOT fingerprint resistant- it has no exterior handles, so it's CONSTANTLY full of hand and fingerprints. DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR! PICK A DIFFERENT MODEL!

My favorite feature is the smart things app. I always know my fridge/freezer temps, can control the ice maker and auto order a new water filter when it's time. I love the sliding shelves to make room for taller pans. It looks small inside but holds so much. A ton of bottles fit in the door. The auto water pitcher is used all day long by my kids. They definitely drink more water since we purchased.
