Love my Bespoke

Loving the Bespoke 4-Door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator! We previously had the Samsung 4-door with the icemaker in the upper refrigerator compartment, so we are very happy about getting the extra space back in that compartment! The shelves are now tall enough to fit all our gallon beverage containers without having to push the half-shelf in. We use the auto-fill pitcher quite often so having an outside door to beverage center comes in handy. We did sacrifice some freezer space for the ice maker, but we now have a choice between big and bite-size ice. SmartThings app is a must. Overall, really nice fridge!

Highly Recommend!

I never have an issue with storage because the refrigerator is so spacious. I am able to fit everything I need in the refrigerator and the freezer without any issues. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this sleek looking refrigerator.

Would recommend. Love the size and features.

Love having the beverage center as well as having the separate flex zone drawer. Dual cube ice maker is great! Can recommend without hesitation.

Would give it 0 stars if I could

Love the fridge, middle drawer, beverage center, and design, but I HATE the freezer. The freezer is designed such that as long as the ice maker is running, the freezer is always running at -15 until the ice maker turns off. We are constantly using the ice so the freezer never runs at the setpoint. Now our food is constantly too cold and our ice cream is way too hard and the freezer is often covered in a thin layer of ice/frost.

Terrible Installation Service and Damaged Product

The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.
