I bought this fridge about 7 months ago. I just love almost everything. Had I done this review last month it would have been 5 stars. But, I changed the water filter.,.no problem there, but now I am not getting my small ice. Only the bigger cubes. What’s wrong? I cannot find any answers on my own. Help

Here are a few of the highlights that our family of 5 take advantage of with this fridge.... 1. Dual ice maker is a dream. We always have plenty of ice and having 2 sizes is a surprisingly nice bonus feature. 2. Beverage center is a must have. Being able to fill up a Stanley at any time with cold water from the pitcher is so convenient. Also the fact that it's hidden inside the fridge makes for a much better look in the kitchen 3. With the ice maker in the freezer section below, it makes for plenty of room in the fridge. We never seemed to have enough room with past fridges. 4. Glass panels. the are interchangeable if we ever wanted to but the best part is the glass hides the fingerprints and hand prints really well. Fridge always looks great. Our family highly recommends this fridge to all who are looking for a versatile fridge with loads of features and space for everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Bespoke 4- Door French door Refrigerator is one of the best investment my family could he made. It was our first choice in our kitchen renovation. All our appliance is Samsung, including the dishwasher, microwave and stove. Our bespoke is the center piece of the kitchen, especially the beverage section, a door within a door, it's different, it attracts the attention of our guest and often a conversation piece of how it complements the renovation.

Nice product. You will wait for the ice maker for about 12 hours. Plenty of space and the lowest shelf on the right hand door holds 2 gallon jugs. Not a fan of no humidity adjustment on the Crispers. The "Crisper+" is for leafy vegetables and the drawer on the right if for fruit, but no place can you find that in the manual.

The ice maker produces ample amounts of ice and is the quietest one I have encountered. There is plenty of room in the the refrigerator and the adjustable shelves makes it easy to accommodate different sized items. Beverage center is a handy feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung BESPOKE series refrigerators have always been eye catching when they were first released. After receiving my unit (which is the morning blue / white glass with auto-fill pitcher / beverage center), I must say I'm quite impressed. The product fits incredibly well in any modern home, particularly with matching white cabinets. The auto-fill pitcher is one of my favorite features, it saves an incredible amount of time when trying to find cold, filtered water for any number of uses (e.g. tea kettle, cooking, boiling, etc.). The SmartThings app is INCREDIBLE as well. I have a pretty robust smart home set up, and the ability to slot this into my many other Samsung SmartThings products to use as a holistic ecosystem is great. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with the combination of form and function that Samsung was able to nail with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful. The beverage center is so nice. I gave five stars because we did have issues but I felt that customer service was responsive. The installation guys did a good job considering what they had to work with. we had plenty of space when measuring from the floor level. However, we did not know how important it was to measure all the way up the wall. I guess our house had settled or the wall was never plumb in the first place. In short my only criticism would be more emphasis for the non-savvy that it is critical that the entire 3-D space that will “house” the refrigerator is correct. it was a huge challenge to fix, and ultimately we will be getting a contractor to fix the wall so that it is straight and does not narrow at the top. The pictures attached will show the problem. A couple of the plastic parts were cracked and based on calling customer service I believe they are going to get these fixed for us. Oh, one more thing, instructions for auto water refill confusing. The bottom button acts as a set mode but after 3 seconds changes. hard to describe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 22 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.
