This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

But I love everything about this refrigerator. It has more room than any previous unit I've owned. Everything in the fridge section is at eye level. When you open the freezer, you can see everything at a glance on the top bin, then slide that back if you don't find what you are looking for, and you can see everything in the bottom bin. The ice is great - REAL ice cubes, just like I grew up with when you had to fill the ice trays by hand, only the cubes are a little smaller, which is great. If you're more of a crushed ice person, the ice bites are like crushed ice, only instead of random bits, you get very uniform bits. The beverage door is great. We had a unit with measured fill previously, which I really liked, but this is even better. I pull out the pitcher, empty it into the coffee pot, put it back, and while I grind coffee and get the filter installed, the pitcher refills so I can top off the coffee pot! If you just want a quick cup of water, skip the pitcher and get it from the spigot next to the pitcher. Oh, I forgot, we have the Flex drawer for meat and cheese - what we use it for - but it can be set to 5 different temperatures. We may experiment in the future, but for now, we always know where our lunchmeats and cheeses and any fresh meat we've purchased will be located. It's just an amazing appliance!

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me. I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd fridge that I purchased since I moved to USA 20 years ago. And by far, this is the most amazing refrigerator that I’ve ever had. Look: It does look very modern, and I invited a couple of friends that had great comments about the appearance. Size: It perfectly fit a counter deep kitchen furniture. Refrigerator: Plenty of space, plenty of ways to organize stuff. Freezer: Great space for family of 5, and love that we have 2 size of ice. Flexzone: This is my daughter space, since you can program the temperature you want on that drawer, we place everything that my 4 years old daughter can grab. That way we don’t need to worry. App: You can change the temperature of the fridge and freezer and change the mode of the Flexzone, great addition. Beverage Center: I think that this is the most amazing eature, I love to always be able to grab a jar full of cold water. Also, the water dispenser works while the door is open, this is mind blowing!!!! After two weeks my 4 years old daughter was on a tantrum and throw a toy to the refrigerator. It did a small ding on the door, the good news is that you can easily (very easily) exchange the door. That is a blessing

Pros: beverage center - auto fill pitcher is fantastic, dual ice maker - so happy it is now in the freezer (everyone in the family loves the ice nibs from the cat to Grandma), even cooling, flex drawer (had this on my previous fridge and it was a must have again), sleek design and very very quiet. Cons: none yet 🤞🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our 10 yr old GE side by side and I LOVE it! Easy to organize and room for everything. Leftovers go on the top shelf & no linger get lost behind bigger items! Eggs and dinner prep items go on the lowesr shelf & everything inbetween fits on the main shelf & in the doors. I set the drawer up in the deli setting (initially used beverage, but that froze the cheese) for the kids so they aren't constantly opening the fridge browsing for a snack. The top of the freezer opposite the ice is for frozen treats & snacks, ice packs & specialty ice... again, quick access for kids & hubby. I set the bottom up for meal items. And we LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice options & beverage center! No more breaking & busting large icecubes for kids' waterbottles. 😍 We've had it a month & not a single negative thing to say about it.

I've had this fridge for a week. The bag of salad in the crisper drawer turned into water. The middle drawer doesn't seal well and stays wet inside. It barely makes ice. No more than we use ice, it should be full by now. This would not do for entertaining.

The only thing is we had Samsung install the fridge and later found out that the beverage center wasn’t installed properly. Be sure to check everything! But otherwise, the fridge is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still love this refrigerator. I had a problem with the first one after a month I finally received a new one and so far--so good. This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).
