We decided to get the Bespoke fridge with white glass panels and it looks so beautiful in our kitchen. The beverage station is probably our favorite feature - something you don't think you need until you have it. Lots of space in each compartment. The counter depth fridge doesn't fit a large pizza box, which is a minor nuisance. Otherwise, we love the flex middle compartment to store snacks and deli items. Having the 2 sized ice cubes is nice. The inside is easy to wipe down and clean. The white glass doesn't show my little toddlers fingerprints, which is also a plus. Delivery went smoothly. They delivered the fridge with the glass panels attached and we were able to use it right away since the fridge is stored and delivered upright. Overall, we love our fridge and get compliments on it all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am jealous of myself! We had a party last weekend and everyone was raving about our fridge, examining it inside and out!! Not only is it beautiful and sleek, it is also maximally efficient and functional. The white glass doors are elegant, easier to maintain than stainless with fewer fingerprints. I worried it might be too much white with our matching cabinets but it looks great. My favorite features are the beverage center, flex drawer and mini ice. It is nice having my sparkling waters, kids juices and a few beers for my husband in one convenient place. The auto fill pitcher will have us all drinking more water. I have my cucumber mint infused pitcher next to me as I write, keeping my mini ice filled glass refreshed with "spa" water. The flex drawer houses our produce, looking beautiful and providing access to a quick, healthy fruit or veggie snack for my kids and I. Our old fridge had a traditional ice maker in the freezer and I have long wished for crushed ice from an "in-door" dispenser. This fridge goes one step further by keeping ice in the freezer, maximizing fridge space and decreasing the likelihood of components going wrong in the door, while still offering cubes or the fancy tiny ice gems. Only two minor negatives. The ice tray is very loud when removing cubes with the scoop. Also, the flex shelf in the fridge that slides back if you need to store tall items doesn't seem super secure. I don't see an obvious way to ensure it stays out. Awesome in theory but I am worried about it sliding back when I don't want it to. Hoping all will be well. Overall, this fridge exceeds expectations. Highly recommend.

The crisper drawers close so smoothly too. I also love the two types of ice. It is fun to write on the doors too. This is a well designed fridge and replaces my old Samsung (12 years and was still running, though beginning to show signs of trouble).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking at a new fridge and contemplated the high-end Bespoke fridge and we are so glad we did it. We live on a lake and the kitchen space is limited. We were looking for a fridge that gave a more open look than the black fridge we had before this. The Bespoke fridge without any handles and the hidden dispensers, combined with the matte gray glass overlays, made the kitchen look amazing! The results look amazing, check out the photos. My wife and I love it. So far, the fridge is really great and we like the two sizes of ice cubes and the auto-fill beverage pitcher. The only negative is that the ice cubes are cloudy, like so many other fridges these days. We would have paid for an upgrade to clear cubes. Lots of room and great lighting on this fridge. We're really pleased with our purchase.

Delivery and installation of the refrigerator was smooth and easy. I had already disconnect the waterline from my old refrigerator, and the delivery men connected the water line to the new refrigerator. They remove the packing materials and also moved my old refrigerator which still work perfect out to the garage and I use it as a spare for drinks and other items to keep in reserv. I’ve had this new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for 10 months and I’ve had no issues, other than the far back of the middle beverage drawer will freeze my canned beverages. I have had to put a piece of PVC in the back of the beverage drawer so that cans don’t go to the far back and freeze Other than that, I love the water dispenser snd the auto fill feature. The bottom freezer has good capacity and the icemaker with the two types of ice, slides out at the same time as the bottom freezer If you don’t need ice, just push that drawer back in to access the bottom freezer. I also get a reminder on my phone to change my water filter as the refrigerator is connected to my Wi-Fi through the Samsung app.

I bought this less than a month ago and the panels are so flimsy that I got one dent on it during professional installation and now I already have another dent. I am in a household with no children and have had zero issues with any other Samsung refrigerator we have owned in the past. We have bought 4 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years just between moving and upgrading. This has got me wanting to look at other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I just need to say that the delivery guys were SO professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! Secondly, the fridge is fantastic! No dents, doesn't show fingerprints, is not loud, cooled down fast, there was not excess grease anywhere, and the delivery guys removed all of the plastic film. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. I highly recommend this refrigerator and cannot believe the price. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is terrible. I was so excited after doing much review to get this fridge. First I noticed tons of condensation in the fridge. Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought my refrigerator about 4 weeks ago. I absolutely love it. I'm so happy to not have the water/ice dispenser in the door. They are hard to keep clean. I love the 2nd drawer or flex drawer. It keeps me from having to open the main fridge. Pluse I have the Aqua/cream bespoke. It is beautiful and adds color. It updates my kitchen without all the expense. Haha
