The water filtration system is amazing and convenient. It’s perfect for busy households and we use the “drink drawer” as a snack space for our kids. It’s always at the perfect temperature and we love the ice machine.

Water supply has to be turned off before changing the filter, else will damage the filter panel. Had to already get it replaced. Fortunately it was within warranty and Samsung replaced it promptly without any charge. Cooling is consistent and airflow is distributed.

Ft.) but still is a counter depth refrigerator, so it makes our kitchen seem bigger. It also has a drink dispenser, 2 types of ice, and multi function drawer that can be used for deli products or drinks.

Also the capacity is absolutely more then I need but great to have that much room. I love how I can customize the screen. Both freezer and fridge stay cold while being very efficient. Also the water and ice dispenser is awesome.

We love the altering Shelves that allow us to store all different sizes of food container, containers, and products as we need. Great investment and we love the SmartThings app that helps us keep track of everything that we need.

It has an excellent beverage section that has water dispenser which and a self filling jug. It also has a custom middle drawer that can be a freezer or deli tray. It is very efficient and quiet. The inside is made of cooling metal which results in rapid cooling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks really elegant and is backed by functionality, its beverage center is hidden behind a small door which gives a clean look, additionally the water jug which fills itself makes things easy, food is always fresh and we can track the status using the app, once we had a leak because the bottle in the beverage center was not placed properly, beverage center gave alert about it and the fridge design prevented water on the floor, overall satisfied with this purchase

This fridge is roomier inside than expected. We aren't 100% sure how to use the flex zonel. So we've been using it to chill our beers at the perfect temperate. I thought all the extra's like: drawers and beverage dispensing center, would take away from the overall space inside, but it does not. Samsung knew what they were doing when they designed this series. And it's efficient!
