[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really sleek and classy modern smart refrigerator boasting of great interior space. The beverage center is novel with its awesome autofill pitcher plus the regular water dispenser. The middle drawer is very convenient as it can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your need/preference. The dual auto ice maker is great. It is fingerprint-resistant and very easy to clean. And of course, being a smart refrigerator, it has Wi-Fi connectivity so you can easily manipulate temperature from your smartphone. Family has been using this for several months now and so far, it's doing really well.

I absolutely LOVE this fridge SO much!! This is a super sleek, gorgeous looking fridge that really makes my kitchen look elegant and modern. I took a chance and went with the white glass panels instead of the typical stainless steel, and am so happy with this decision - I was worried it was going to be too much white in my all-white kitchen, but the fridge isn't a flat bright white. It has some neutral gray tones that look beautiful. It doesn't match the other white tones in my kitchen perfectly, but I have a few variations of white tones, so it actually brought the kitchen together better, making the different tones look more intentional. The glass panels could also be great for keeping a shopping list with a dry erase marker - I've been wanting to try this, but haven't yet, since I love the look as-is. The fridge is also super versatile - if I ever get bored of the all white, or if they get damaged, I can swap out the panels for another color or finish. Only thing I would point out is that the front of the fridge, or maybe just the glass panel finish, doesn't hold magnets. Also, like I mentioned, it's not a true white, so I would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. I also got the counter depth fridge. It still sticks out a bit, but that's where the door hinge is, so it looks like that is needed to not bump against the wall. The fridge is a really great size, even for counter-depth. I haven't had a problem fitting everything I need, except one particularly large pizza box. I'm not used to a French door style fridge, so I had to get used to the freezer drawer at the bottom that feels heavier than I'm used to coming from a side-by-side fridge, but this also has plenty of room for everything. It also has two different types of ice - regular size, and smaller bite size, which my family is obsessed with. But my absolute FAVORITE feature has to be the Beverage Center - the AutoFill water pitcher has been the best thing I've ever used, and makes it so convenient and fast to get water, or take a pitcher to the dog's water bowl. I can't go back to a fridge without it. Last thing I wanted to mention is that this is a wifi enabled fridge that can connect to Samsung's app. I didn't think I would use this at all, but it's actually really helpful to get notifications if you accidentally leave your fridge door slightly open and walked away. Overall, super pleased with this fridge.

Purchased a month ago when the freezer drawer on our last Samsung fridge broke. So far, we love this new model. Very spacious. The third fridge drawer is very convenient for cheeses, meats, etc. Freezer is large and opening is wide making it easy to access contents. The shelf configuration within the fridge is a bit odd. Took some manouvering to find a shelf layout that would allow space for tall items, find the shelves are a bit short. Beverage center is very convenient and perfect for cans.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).

The unit itself has been designed to utilize all of the space and suits us perfectly. I have had the unit since Nov 23 and a few months down the road I have zero complaints. the drawers function smoothly, the doors open quietly. Plenty of storage and storage options to store vegs, dairy products etc. The beverage center is very useful and the filtered water pitcher is refilled automatically when you use it. The ice maker puts out 2 different types of ice to meet your need. A standard cube and then the sonic type ice for other types of beverages. The upkeep for prints is easy to clean and very difficult to see which is a benefit. Highly recommend the unit its simple yet elegant at the same time.
