We thought about it for a long time, kept going to check it out at local stores, and finally bit the bullet when it went on sale. Couldn’t be happier. I thought I’d miss the auto ice dispenser but the pull out drawer for ice suffices just fine. The built in pitcher is so handy and my kids love that they can put fruit in the basket to make flavored water. We also get so many compliments on how sleek and upscale it looks. So much storage space compared to our previous counter depth fridge. Wish I’d gotten it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for 6 months now. It is my favorite large appliance I have purchased! It is just a beautiful looking fridge. It has great storage capacity. We have not had any issues. The beverage center is such an ingenious feature. The ice can get a bit messy with kids, it is just very accessible to them in the lower freezer drawer, but it isn’t bad as I like having two types of ice and the ice drawer with a scoop rather than ice off the door (which can also be messy with kids). If I ever move I have decided I will be bringing this fridge with me, as I would not want to leave it behind.

The door beverage center and versatile slide-out drawer are incredibly convenient for storing drinks, lunch meats, and cheese. The ice maker is in the freezer where it belongs the water dispenser including the auto-fill pitcher, work seamlessly. The Wi-Fi connection adds a modern touch, performing well so far. While we haven’t used the replacement panels yet, we’re excited to personalize it in the future. Highly recommended!

With the indoor water dispenser, we do not have the always wipe down water streaks on the door and it is out of sight until using. We also like the self filling water pitcher as we use it to fill our coffee maker. And with the ice maker in the freezer section, we have no more unit freezing.

The refrigerator itself has lots of room. The other thing we like is the picture of water and that separate door so you're not opening the whole refrigerator doors all the time to let the cold air out.

I like how it has so many drawers and dividers built in, making organization easier. I have a small space, so I appreciate the flat, sleek doors. The only thing that would make it better in my book are zero clearance doors!

18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

I really love the ice maker being in the freezer and not in the fridge like my older Samsung Fridge plus two different size ice cubes. Great colors for the doors also. Really pleased with it and would highly recommend it too anyone.

So glad this was also a beautiful addition to our kitchen! The in-door water we thought was initially gimmicky but it turns out it is very helpful and we always have cold water! The dual ice is brilliant (although my wife is the only one that gets to take the small ice). Trays are sturdy, lights are correctly bright (not overly bright) and the middle drawer is perfect for kid stuff (Sandwich meat, yogurts, cheese etc...) Love the fridge!
