18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the most feature that everyone loves in my household is having autofill water pitcher. this is genius. this feature provides with continues supply of filtered cold water at any time that can be infused with lemon or green tea. it takes seconds to refill my water bottle. the ice maker dispenses two types of ice that is different in size, ice cubes and ice bites. this is a very fancy option to have available for making different types of cocktails. the middle door is called flex zone. i have it set up to a deli mode that has a temperature set to 37 f. i am considering to change it to a wine mode with a temperature set of 41f. this literally converts a middle door to a mini wine fridge.

I've had two other refrigerators with water and ice dispensers on the outside of the door...the ice maker always froze up...when it was time for a new fridge, I decided NO more outside dispensers and thought I would be giving up the convince of a beverage center...this fridge has it all.

The top portion of the refrigerator has lots of space and flexibility to house items in the shelves and in the doors. The shelves can also be moved to accommodate you preference. I also included the indoor beverage center with the refrigerator order, which provides a nice clean look for the unit as well. This option also provides quick access to two of the indoor shelves of the refridgerator. The beverage center in the middle adds even more space and flexibility for items and this area has its temperature controls separate from the refrigerator. I used this capture bread, fruits, yogurt and drinks. This area has dividers as well that allow the consumer to change the shape of the area to accommodate items for a party. On to the freezer, this area has two sets of drawers for items of sorts. These drawers pull out and separate with ease. The freezer will produce two sizes of ice in different ice buckets within in the top layer.

Love the auto fill of the pitcher and the freezer and deli sections are awesome. Love the idea of being able to monitor it via wireless. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has enjoyed this fridge so much. Here are a couple of the reasons.... 1. Dual ice maker is a dream. We always have plenty of ice and having 2 sizes is a surprisingly nice bonus feature. 2. Beverage center is a must have. Being able to fill up a Stanley at any time with cold water from the pitcher is so convenient. Also the fact that it's hidden inside the fridge makes for a much better look in the kitchen 3. With the ice maker in the freezer section below, it makes for plenty of room in the fridge. We never seemed to have enough room with past fridges. 4. Glass panels. the are interchangeable if we ever wanted to but the best part is the glass hides the fingerprints and hand prints really well. Fridge always looks great. Our family highly recommends this fridge to all who are looking for a versatile fridge with loads of features and space for everything.
