Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

The ice maker is down hidden in the freezer compartment, which we love (don't need to worry about it freezing up from refrigerator condensation). Also, the water dispenser is hidden to complete the look. Plenty of storage. We love it, and are so happy with our purchase

On the flip side, if you're more price-sensitive, prefer simpler reliability over lots of bells & whistles, or have a tight space / cabinetry that must align exactly, you might want to consider a somewhat simpler model (or make sure installation and calibration are done carefully).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge! The only thing I wish was different was the material on the outside of the fridge. I am constantly wiping of fingerprints. Other than that, it holds more than enough food. The middle drawer makes it so easy to store fruits and veggies. I love that I am able to adjust the temp between the top of the fridge and the drawer. I also love that I was able to get an app to control the temp and make ice. I also love how the middle shelf on the top is adjustable. The entire layout of the fridge is perfect.

Incredible look, easy to clean, very, very organized and the ice maker (2 types of ice) is something you didn't know you needed. The beverage center is unbelievably great. Always have cold water in a pitcher (we’ve added cucumbers and now lemons-yum! Was thinking of redoing some things in the kitchen but this and the Bespoke induction range (along w/a new washable runner) has totally changed the look. Large capacity fridge makes entertaining a breeze!

Both fridge and freezer holds so much move food and I found myself cooking more meals at once because I have room to store it, the cubed and nugget ice is a nice bonus along with the flex zone storage that I use to put snacks and deli meat at, and I love the beverage center where the pitcher automatically refills! This is the best appliance purchase I have ever made for my new home

The remote control for the autofill water system and dual ice maker is a fantastic and efficient convenience. TEMPS ARE MAINTAINED BEAUTIFULLY. Delivery was outstanding. Removed the old refrigerator and all packaging. Courteous, careful and efficient…really good guys!

It is really silent and honestly I couldn't hear any sound from it. And even the ice falling doesn't make any unpleasant noise. I only hear only one time very small whispering ice dropping sound during the last 1 month. Not to mention the design and cooling function, everything is really perfect.
