Don't regret buying it, but have a few complaint about the aluminum material the doors are covered with. It is very easy to leave a fingermark there despite the claims on the product page and also it is extremely easy to scratch it, much easier than other fridges I had. Also doors could have been made to close softer and easier.

The only issue we have is the water dispenser. The spigot is a bit slow and the water pitcher does not always fill up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking fridge and we got it on sale so can't complain about the price. I like the middle compartment that allows us to store mostly our kids snacks, yogurts etc so we don't have to open the main door multiple times a day. I like the water dispenser and the option to only open half the door to access soda and protein drinks which we keep in the door compartments. The only negative so far is the freezer drawer doesn't close all the way sometimes and you have to give it an extra shove to make sure it's closed. There have been a several obsessions where it don't alert us that it was still open and we woke up to melting ice. All in all it's a good product,looks sleek and stylish and I would probably purchase again.

Water supply has to be turned off before changing the filter, else will damage the filter panel. Had to already get it replaced. Fortunately it was within warranty and Samsung replaced it promptly without any charge. Cooling is consistent and airflow is distributed.

The water filtration system is amazing and convenient. It's perfect for busy households and we use the “drink drawer” as a snack space for our kids. It's always at the perfect temperature and we love the ice machine.

We like the water dispenser on the outside, but water should over the cups easily, that's why the 4 stars. Other wise a great refrigerator. I also have it connected to my phone... Tells me when fridge is opened or closed... Could be an issue if your other half is trying to watch what they are eating and you know every time the fridge is opened! Lol
