I like this chair. Smaller than some Adirondack chairs, but adequate. It is nice that it is light enough to be easily moved out of the way when the lawns are mowed. It comes partially assembled. Before putting the chair together, I replaced both the screws and the bolts with marine stainless steel fasteners. I figured that here near the ocean, the iron screws would rot away before the teak. It took me about an hour to remove and replace the screws in all of the slats and assemble the chair. If I were to redesign it, I would open up the angle of the back and the seat by a degree or two for better comfort. it looks nice and is reasonably priced.

I bought the chair and ottoman on Sam's auction site and so it was reasonably priced. However, it is not the same quality as teak rockers I bought several years ago.The slats are thinner and in tightening down the screws to take the wiggle out of the chair, some pieces began cracking. My 170 lb. son sat in it and the slats sagged.I wrote this review to warn those who might be heavier that it might not hold up to much more weight

This is the 10th item of teak patio furniture I have purchased from Sams.com in the last couple of years. The quality is very good, the assembly is very straightforward and the value is excellent, when compared to competing teak patio furniture. I am hoping that the teak wood will show it's stuff by lasting many years. I'm tired of replacing my patio furniture every 2-3 years!

I just purchased these chairs and I am quite impressed with the beauty and comfort! I was very leary at first because they seem to sit pretty low. Once received I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of these chairs. I applied teak oil as recommended by previous owners. I am glad I did! The teak oil enhanced the beauty of the wood! You can't go wrong with this purchase! I was pleased I purchased a 3rd chair and the teak table!

Beautiful comfortable chairs look perfect around my fire pit. And, easy to assemble.

I love my chairs! The only comment is the screws that are already in place on the arms don't hold well so you have to be careful when moving the chairs. We thought they could've found a better way secure them. Otherwise, the teak chairs are durable and look great in the back yard!

We ordered 3 chairs to replace our 30 year old chairs that were finally wearing out! We received them promptly and my husband assembled them and sealed them with teak oil. They are beautiful! After closer inspection we realized two of the chairs are cracked where the seat screws in to the thin piece of wood at the base. One chair is ok, but the other two must go back because this will only get worse as people use them. I hope they can still be replaced(stock?). If not they will all go back. Other than the cracks, they seem to be well made and when finished with teak oil they are beautiful. I am hoping the replacements are not cracked. I will certainly revise my evaluation if so!

Was easy to assemble. Took me about 20 minutes. Each piece was nicely sanded and smooth. Very high quality and extremely well-packed. I bought two of these and combined them with the teak chippendale bench and set of 3 nesting tables. They were all very good quality and a good value for the money.

Purchased only two of these due to having a small patio. They are great! Comfortable, easy to assemble and beautiful. The weather hasn't allowed for me to spend much time in them yet as it is still chilly outside but I'm sure I will enjoy them. Would love to let you see them but this site isn't allowing me to post the photo. :(
