Absolutely love it!!

Quality control. I'm not really sure if I'd call this "light roast". I don't hate this coffee, but it kind of seems more like, "we over-roasted some beans, so put 'em in the bulk bag ". I've purchased this previously, as the price is right, and I may try one more bag, to see if this was the anomaly. But, this purchase was disappointing.

Lovely Roast. Perfect balance of acidity and oils. The taste is COFFEE. There is no burnt or bitter taste. The perfect cup to wake me up!

Delicious light roast

I love this coffee… When I can get it. Another botched shipping job by good ol’ Sam’s. Now it’s out of stock, so I can’t even re-order it. I haven’t even opened it, but I know the package has been completely torn open because the beans are all jumping around inside the cardboard box. I’ll be returning this to the club because I know the bag is supposed to be vacuumed sealed. How do I even know it wasn’t switched out by an employee…hey, given the cost of coffee, who knows?

I've tried this coffee in a drip coffee maker and in cold brewing. It brews a very nice "breakfast blend" type light roast hot cup of coffee in the morning, but is even better in a cold brew. Since cold brew takes quite a bit more coffee (100 grams for a pot in a drip brewer, 160 grams for cold brew) and is more expensive to brew, I love the price of these 4lb bags of Cameron's coffee - both their light roast and medium roast coffees. Cameron's roast their beans to perfection and the taste really comes through in cold brewing. The only drawback, is that it takes a very large coffee storage tin for a 4 pound bag of coffee. Definitely recommend...
