Very disappointing. Much worse than the light roast Members Mark it replaced.

Great tasting. Not oily beans, which we prefer for our Jura coffee machine.

Lovely Roast. Perfect balance of acidity and oils. The taste is COFFEE. There is no burnt or bitter taste. The perfect cup to wake me up!

Closest replacement to Member’s Mark Organic coffee that we’ve found. Great for cold brew coffee. No jitters, just enough energy

Freshly roasted but tastes sour, no matter what grind size used on drip. Not bad as a cold brew or French press.

Quality control. I'm not really sure if I'd call this "light roast". I don't hate this coffee, but it kind of seems more like, "we over-roasted some beans, so put 'em in the bulk bag ". I've purchased this previously, as the price is right, and I may try one more bag, to see if this was the anomaly. But, this purchase was disappointing.

I've had some light roasts I've enjoyed but I don't really care for this one. Too bitter with no other tasting notes.
