The first 2 ingredients are water and hydrogenated soybean oil. This is not cheese it is cheese flavored shortening. Sam's Club has an excellent cheese sauce.

I add milk because it’s thick and I think it taste better with milk than with water it has better flavor but I don’t know why Walmart on lonetree way in California stopped selling the condensed cheese I don’t like the gourmet or any other ones

I loved the taste and convince of being able to feed a large group of people. It was fast and easy, the cheese had a great taste and it wasn't spicy at all like most brands. All cheese.

Took this to work for part of our treat day, what a mistake. Threw about 95% of it away. It taste horrible, I even added hamburger and rotel. Will not buy it again or recommend this brand. Next time I want nachos I will make it with Velveeta. Just gross!

I liked this cheddar cheese sauce. You can add water or milk to make this condensed cheese as thick or thin as you like. great on chips, chili dogs
