"This is very delicate software"

If you are female, be prepared to encounter misogynistic attitudes from the support desk if you have to use human help (because the "AI" help is weak). It's incredible in this day and age. Oh, and as their questionably trained help desk personnel explained to me, "this is very delicate software".
