II prefer the pills over the gummies with all medicines. I set up my pills for a week at a time and the gummies take up too much room in the pill cases inadition they dry out. I don't like having to injest food dyes either.

These are my favorite melatonin gummies. They work great and are easy to chew. I usually half one and that is plenty to get to sleep. I take about one hour before I want to be asleep.
