When I first tried these, my first reaction was that the texture was not as nice as the brand I usually get. I also noticed once I got them that the description of 10 mg is a little misleading because when you look closer, that is per serving, which each serving is two gummies. So being that it is a dollar more than the kind I usually get, it is not such a great deal. Back to the texture and flavor, not great. Weird texture, not the best flavor either. Putting all of that aside, it gave me nightmares, and strange dreams. I will not use again. Unless someone else in my family can use them without bad side effects, they are a waste of money.
