Have taken these for over a week and have not gotten more than six nights of sleep. Easy to take and yummy tasting but ineffective on me.

This seems to work well; I've slept well after taking these. The taste, however, is a little sour for my liking.

Relaxes me so I can fall asleep quickly. Does not always prevent me from waking up after a few hours, though. No AM grogginess so that’s a plus.

These gummies are not tacky; they are easy to chew. I sleep beautifully when I take them an hour before bed.

These taste great and help me to sleep quickly! But if I end up needing to be awake a little longer than planned I’m not groggy. Highly recommend!!

Loaded with sugar, they are so sweet. I wish I had looked at the ingredients before ordering. I am sad that so many vitamins have gone to gummy form, it’s so unhealthy. The sugar gave me hot flashes and made for a terrible night.

When every other product on the shelf shows 5mg or 10mg per tablet/gummy, this brand puts "Per Serving" in a smaller font. These are 5mg gummies, with "10mg per serving" of two gummies. Will not purchase again. Will not recommend.

It’s okay. I feel the amount melatonin in it is not as strong as it’s suggested on the label. It’s okay and it will make you fall asleep but not as fast and as long as the tablet form.
