Glucosamine with Chondroitin in liquid form is excellent. It does it's job and no trouble taking it.

Been taking for years. If I run out , I can notice diffence in my knees. Love the liquid, pills too big yo swallow.

The taste is too sweet for me- it hurts my stomach. Hard to take. But i have noticed improved pain levels in my knee and knuckles.

More active ingredients in liquid form makes this work that much better. Tastes not too bad but remember its still medicine (;
