I suffer from fibromyalgia and working out was really painful until I started on this. Now I work out daily and if I stop taking it within in 2 days I start hurting again. Though the taste is a little sweet and strong it is so much easier and works better than the horse pills I tried before finding this. I recommend anyone with FM to take this product.

My Orthopedic Surgeon suggested that I try this for my reduced knee cartilage. I purchased this product that day, started using it right away, Every single day! He said that it was a must to use it every day! Shortly after, I took a trip to San Francisco, my knees hurt every step but wanted to keep up with friends. The very next year, I went to San Francisco again and NEVER once thought about my knees, I kept up, no problem. I got a dog and started walking her everyday and continue to do that with no pain in knees. Hope they never stop making this stuff! It takes a while to build up the cartilage but well worth it! I don't go to the Orthopedic doctor anymore nor have I had to have surgery and I am 78 years old.

This product is wonderful. I had arthritus in my hands that hurt terribly My knees hurt. Stairs hurt to climb up or down. If I got down on the ground I had problems getting up. My shoulder's also hurt. After taking just a few week I started to notice my hands didn't have that acking pain that had gotten so bad all the time. Before I couldn't hardly do anything with them. Then my shoulder's and knnees stopped hurting. I could go up and stairs easily. I am only 53. My husband was having the same problem with his knees, up and down stairs were worse than mine, and stand up from a sitting position were very painful. This is very effective and much easier to take than the giant pills that this product normally comes in. I found the taste just horrible! I even did the old trick of pinching my nose to help, but th3 taste is, IMHO. just nasty. For that reason alone I will not buy again and I am glad others enjoy it.
