This is very effective and much easier to take than the giant pills that this product normally comes in. I found the taste just horrible! I even did the old trick of pinching my nose to help, but th3 taste is, IMHO. just nasty. For that reason alone I will not buy again and I am glad others enjoy it.

I purhchased this item not really thinking it would work as well as it did, but I am a runner and did not realize how well it worked until I ran out!!! This is a wondeful product for your joints from hurting and keeping them lubricated!! I just ran a 5k yesterday (I am 49 years old) and am a "hurtin puppy" today and I know there is usual soreness, but my knees are hurting more this time and I am very sure that it is because I have not had this product for more than a week. Just purchased some more and have began using it again. And you cannot beat Sam's price!! :) Give it a try!

The bottle is too heavy if you have arthritic hands, it’s hard to hold. The taste is so bad also.

Love this stuff my knees have bothered me for years and this stuff really helps sweet and fruity so not bad at all and the big bottle lasts awhile.
