[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes like an okay berry cough syrup. It works fine but imo I wouldn't consider it extra strength if you're taking the normal dosage. Might would consider buying this but definitely wouldn't go for the regular strength version.

They feel better after exercise, not as achy as they used to be. I have a few joint issues - knee, shoulder, neck etc. it didn’t relieve some arthritic feeling in my fingers. This liquid supplement is berry flavor. Taken straight from the bottle, the taste reminds me of an overnight cold treatment, not in a good way. Mixing it with water was the trick for me. I think I’d see more improvement if I continue using it. 4 stars for the flavor profile. Would have been 5 if I didn’t have to mix it.

I have a lot of pain and stiffness in my joints, and after breaking my wrist, I was happy to try something that will help ease the discomfort. The nutritional info seems great on this and sugar, gluten and shellfish free is a plus. I was a little hesitant about how this would taste, and while the taste is not terrible, the aftertaste is still noticeable a half hour later and I needed to eat something else to make it go away. I highly recommend mixing this with water or juice to avoid the aftertaste as much as possible. I also am not a fan of the size of this bottle. Since this is 16 oz, and a serving size is an ounce, it's only 16 days worth and not the month I'm used to from other nutritional supplements.

Since I came across this product, my pain has diminished a lot since taking it. However, the taste of this product is not to my liking.  it is an acquired taste. I will be taking from now on

The bottle says you can dilute it in water but he just took it as a shot to just be done with it. It’s extremely salty tasting. It only has 16 servings in the bottle so you don’t get much out of it. He said he didn’t notice a big difference in his joint pain but maybe if you took it for more than 16 days you would feel different.
