I've seen that being added to hair and skin care, but now drinks too? Anyway besides that I thought it was good. I like the berry flavor and sugar free taste. I really need joint drinks for my shoulders and knees.

I enjoy that they include a little measuring cup with it that fits over the cap. I have been looking for a good joint supplement and I am happy to have received this as a sample. I will say that the berry flavor is a little strange - it tastes subtly like cough syrup. I think it would taste fine mixed in with juice as they suggested (my choice would be something tart like cranberry). I might not buy this as my every day joint supplement due to the taste but it is easy enough to power down 2 tbsp. I have no doubt that the product does what it says it will do.

It's also sugar-free, gluten-free, and SHELLFISH FREE. Also, it is fast absorbing and comes with a 2 Tbsp cup. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because I just received it and don't know if it works yet. I have taken the first daily dose, and I do suffer with joint issues. Once I use it for a few days, I will edit my review.

It did nothing to improve my joint health or movement. This may be one of those things that takes longer than 16 days before it starts working, but if I’m going to spend money on something, I want to know it’s going to work before I do. The taste & texture of it was fine, it was like taking cough syrup. The directions said it could be mixed into juice but I just took it as is. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just so you know...this liquid for joints is not a quick fix for knee or any joint pain. It takes time (more than 1 bottle, more than 1 week of daily use) to build up in your system. For it to continually work, it has to be taken all the time. Knowing this, it doesn't help every single person. I did not like the taste of it warm, straight out if the bottle (2 Tbs). It tasted like medicine, but not so much that it's undrinkable. Diluted in water or juice it is easier to swallow. Chilled even bettter. I didn't have any ease in my joint movement after using this, but it takes time and more than a couple of bottles to show any improvement. Of course if your joints are Arthritic, then this might help some but it won't work a miracle.
