This is very effective and much easier to take than the giant pills that this product normally comes in. I found the taste just horrible! I even did the old trick of pinching my nose to help, but th3 taste is, IMHO. just nasty. For that reason alone I will not buy again and I am glad others enjoy it.

This stuff makes all the difference in the world and how my joints feel. I have to admit if I skip a day I can tail pretty quickly. Good for arthritis and other joint related pain. I am no doctor, it just makes my knees feel better and my hips feel better and even my back a little bit. The stuff almost works a total miracle. It would be better if I would remember to take it every day. That’s my problem. I love it.

I have been using Joint Movement on and off for years. I have never been consistent about taking vitamins and most of the time other pills give me indigestion. I take a capful of this when my knees start to hurt I am a 55 year old woman and my knee caps rub on bone. Joint Movement has been the only product I can easily take a dose in feel better within a few hours. I injured my knee years ago. It bugs me every so often especially after working out. I love to jog and exercise but don't as much due to me knee bugging me. After taking this supplement, I can definitely feel the difference it makes. My knee doesn't crack as much. It is a little more expensive compared to the pills but it does absorb faster and better. This is a great option for shellfish free (and also sugar free and gluten free) daily Glucosamine dose. I tried this same product a few years ago and it tasted terrible 🤮 I ended up throwing most of it in the garbage. But they seriously improved on the flavor since then, and I'd say this one is totally tolerable! Sort of reminds me slightly of berry NyQuil without the alcohol taste..... it is a very easy "shot" and there's little/no aftertaste. I purhchased this item not really thinking it would work as well as it did, but I am a runner and did not realize how well it worked until I ran out!!! This is a wondeful product for your joints from hurting and keeping them lubricated!! I just ran a 5k yesterday (I am 49 years old) and am a "hurtin puppy" today and I know there is usual soreness, but my knees are hurting more this time and I am very sure that it is because I have not had this product for more than a week. This product is wonderful. I had arthritus in my hands that hurt terribly My knees hurt. Stairs hurt to climb up or down. If I got down on the ground I had problems getting up. My shoulder's also hurt. After taking just a few week I started to notice my hands didn't have that acking pain that had gotten so bad all the time. Before I couldn't hardly do anything with them.
